“budget room”

Room had stale musty smoke smell. The air quality was poor and made it hard to breathe in the room. They only had down pillows which we are allergic to and when asked for different pillows, only had one poly fiber to offer for the five of us. The cushions on the couch and chair were stained and dirty looking and the bedspread had stains on it. The first time the toilet was used, it backed up. When I called for a plunger, they didn't have anyone to bring it to the room and I had to go get it myself. The scrambled eggs that they had for breakfast looked and tasted uncooked and fake. Positive note - the staff was friendly and accommodating when I asked to check out early and receive a refund for the second night we were supposed to be there.

“nice hotel”

I think the hotel is great for families. They offer a great breakfast and you have a functional kitchen and living room. The only thing I didnt like was that the walls were very thin. Other than that, I would definately visit again.

Wonderful place for parents and the over worked to get away and relax.

Whenever we are in the area we stay here. We have stayed at other places in the area, but have found this place to be consistently of good quality. Quiet, clean, economical...it is like a little home away from home! Only someone else cleans it for you...

“GREAT PLACE TO STAY, BUT SOCCER LITTLE LEAGUE TOOK OVER THE PLACE”

First of all, the place is a wonderful place if you want quite atmosphere. The staffs are excellent. Specially the staff how fix our A/C on our room, i sorry never had the chance to ask your name but its been a good conversation with you and thank for fixing our A/C problem. My children enjoy the swimming pool, basketball court, internet room and obcourse the full breakfast bar every morning. that was A+ for me. The only thing that bother me is, the day my family was there is, the whole kidz soccer league is there that fri,sat they pretty much took over the whole complex. swimming pool partys drinking booze, beer or what ever it was total chaos with kidz and parents. but on the good side the place a great place to stay and i will bring my family back there if we need too. thanks RM1433 5/26-5/31

“Extremely not impressed”

The hotel was barely adequate. The experience was not pleasing.

“Nasty little dump”

Hidden way back off the road, nestled in an industrial park, past another real Hyatt, this hotel does not deserve the Hyatt name. Tub stopper did not work and had peeling metal. Dishes in the kitchen cabinet were all dirty. In the main room where they served breakfast, an employee found the coffee was empty, and shouted across the room to the employee in charge of breakfast, loudly, "guess I'm s**t out of luck". Real classy. Vacuumed while guests were still finishing their breakfast. No on-demand movies, limited tv selections, we couldn't get the "free wifi" to work. Snack room had extremely limited selection, and the freezer was not working well, so ice cream we bought was runny.

“Breakfast was disappointing”

As noted in prior reviews, the breakfast buffet was not up to the quality of the facility itself. The eggs were terrible, and the choice was limited. This diminished the overall visit, as the hotel was very nice.

“Excellent Service ina Snow Storm!!!!”

I had stayed at this hotel once before with my family, very nice and large. We stayed the weekend before Christmas when the blizzard hit. My front tire blew out on my car. We went to bed and I was planning on calling AAA in the morning for a tow truck to come change my tire. In the morning I went out to check how bad the snow was and I met the General Manager Sal who was shoveling cars out. Not only did he shovel the snow he CHANGED MY TIRE!!!!! Now that is service!!!!! Thanks Sal!!!!! We will definitely stay here again!!!!!
