“Not impressed”

After Hours returning to my accomendation. My room card would not open to the Hotel Lobby so I could get to my room. The staff mention they had a work order to fix the problem. It should have immediatly been repaired because of security concerning me. The bath tub water would not go down after a shower. A work oder should have been done. I was in room 104. I will never stay there again.

“Okay”

Breakfast only on weekdays. Only soap, no shampoo in bathroom. Window did not close all the way. Pretty clean and the lady at the front desk was nice.

“Did not meet my expectations for Deluxe”

I have stayed at both regular extended stay and the deluxe - actually the regular was better.
