Mostar stay 21st Oct 2019
Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is very near to old bridge. There is a parking lot just in front of the villa. The breakfast spread was good. The only improvement would be the shower with only shower curtains. Water tends to flow out of enclosure and floor gets wet.

Comfortable stay
Pleasant boutique hotel on the outskirts of old town Mostar. 5 minutes to everywhere. Helpful staff. Took the dinner recommendation and it was excellent and with a complimentary drink.

The staff were very helpful. Great spot. Easy walking to all the areas of the town. Good food spot that they mention. Enjoyed the terrance over looking the town.

The hostess was wonderful and extremely caring. Got a nice welcome drink locally made Bosnian rum. The room was clean and spacious for 4. The location was three minutes walk to the city center and the old bridge was visible from our balcony. The building was safe and quiet. There is a nice grocery store 50 yards from this location for basic shopping. The breakfast was surprisingly lavish. The building is surrounded by nice restaurants. I will stay here again next time I visit Mostar.

Great hotel
The staff at this hotel was super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is in a great spot to explore Mostar and surrounding areas. We stayed in a quadruple room and it was perfect for our family of 4. We were even able to see the bridge from our room which was very nice.

I had stayed a previous time recently, enjoyed the charming and unique decor, excellent location, and appreciated the helpful staff. There were some minor issues, including mattresses that ought to be replaced, same for towels, non-working outlet and light switch, but overall was sufficiently pleased to return for another stay. The second time was less positive -- different person at check-in was somewhat indifferent, similar maintenance issues (bathroom fan not working, old towels, etc.) Biggest disappointment was (lack of) breakfast. We arrived a full hour before breakfast was closed, and for group of 4, there was one egg, two small pieces of french toast, couple slices of cheese and tomato. After serving one cup of coffee, the staff person left, never checked if there was anything we might need (such as food for breakfast.) Our previous visit was overall positive, this time was overall negative.

The lady who runs this hotel is absolutely wonderful. She truly makes you feel like you are the only guest and the most special VIP. The hotel is across the street from a walkway that passes the Crooked Bridge and takes you into the heart of Old town. The hotel is two doors from a market that sells all the groceries, wine, been and beverages you would want. The view from the terrace shows the old bridge of Mostar. One day while I was on the patio reading I saw a driver go off the bridge. You cannot find a better hotel close in and certainly never find a lovelier hostess.

Great hotel close to old town. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was nice with big balcony with great view of Mostar bridge! Breakfast was good. Bed was too firm for us.

A perfect stay!
This was our second time staying here and once again it was great. Check in was easy and the complimentary wine and pastry was a nice way to start our stay in Mostar. Room is basic but comfortable with a delicious breakfast included. Would highly recommend anyone going to Mostar to stay here.

No fridge in the rooms
Service was friendly and they helped us with organising a transfer to Mostar. The location was excellent and we had a view of the Stari Most bridge from our balcony. The room lacked a fridge and not ideal when you are here in the summer and want a cold drink. The table in the room needs repair as the legs kept falling off and the shower curtain rail was broken. Breakfast was ok but had to ask them to stock the buffet breakfast. I recommend you add a fridge to your rooms and a kettle. Because of this we wouldn’t stay here again.

Great hospitality and Great Hotel
Our hostess was fantastic in welcoming us, providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and local sites and in responding to our requests during our stay. The breakfasts were absolutely great, especially the Turkish coffee. Free parking so close to Stari Most was unbelievable. Wonderful stay in Mostar.

Welcoming staff and amazing views
The staff at Villa Anri were very warm and welcoming. They helped arrange my tours before I arrived and the communication was seamless. They also offered for me to stay in a room on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the Stari Grand bridge. Breakfast was also great - eggs were cooked perfectly and the staff helped packed my breakfast for my last day because I was leaving early morning. Overall would highly recommend Villa Anri.

Fantastic option. Location is in old town, all staff are super friendly and informative. Rooms are clean, spacious, quiet and adorable complete with Bosnian flair to them. Excellent breakfast and opt for the Bosnian coffee. We miss it so much! There is a small grocery store next to the hotel with everything you would need and a fantastic local bakery also. The view from the quadruple room is wonderful! Sabina went above and beyond. She made us feel so welcome in a land so far from our home. Thank you!

One night in Mostar
Had an amazing night in Mostar at Vila Anri. The hosts were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Parking for our rental car was just out front and we could walk to the Old Town. Had a great dinner at the restaurant they recommended, Taurus. The room was spacious and comfortable. And the welcome drink we had on the terrace was a very nice touch.

Best place in Town
I always stay here in Mostar. Sabina is now a good friend and the hotel is a zone of comfort and friendship for me. But even if you are there for the first time you will be treated fantastically. Aida is there now as well, and is a great asset.

The staff were amazingly friendly and kind. Breakfast was great, the welcome drink and snacks were a very thoughtful touch after a hot drive. The only downside for me was the bed was a little firm but I would stay here again without a doubt!

Very close to Stari Most
The accommodation does not have a lift and the staff was very kind to help us with our luggages. We were welcomed with welcome drinks which were lovely. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was prepared just in time for us so that the food will not be cold. Even though there was a bit of misunderstanding of the timing and it was fine by us but the staff apologized profusely.

Hospitable Stay in Old Town
The staff at this hotel are extraordinarily warm, welcoming and friendly. They go out of their way to make your stay easy and pleasant. The breakfast is hearty. It would be hard to go past the location for convenience to the town's main attractions, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.. This hotel made me feel like a part of the local community.

Amazing service and location!!!
Hotel Anri: clean, welcoming atmosphere, nice breakfast. The lady was very friendly and she made Mostar our favorite holiday destination. I would definitely come back again. Location: amazingly convenient. The nearby restaurant called Taurus was also brilliant. The feast cost us only 40USD in total including beers.

A place of comfort
This place is so comfy and warm. It’s like you are staying in your friends bed and breakfast. The shower is hot and the bed is comfy. The breakfast is great with a good variety of options. The WiFi is ok. The staff is just exceptional and the location is around everything you want to see in Mostar. I would stay here, again.

Charming find!
Stayed for one night in Mostar. Location was great and the view from 3rd floor terrace was beautiful. Parking was a big plus. Amela was wonderful and very helpful in letting us know where to eat and stay, and giving us background about the local area. Definitely recommended this place!

Very nice,Amela and Sabina are excellent hoastess they take care you feel welcome.They recommended a restaurant near by which was excellent.The owner was very nice and order what we needed and it was superb.

It is a clean, new building in an older style, with views of the bridge. The owner was informative and spoke English well. The breakfasts were terrific

The Perfect Hotel
A friend and I stayed in Villa Anri for 2 nights as part of a 2 week road trip of the region. This hotel is easily the best accomodation we stayed in. The location is excellent with all the sights a short walk away. We were welcomed on arrival with drinks on the roof terrace which has spectacular views of Stari Most and the rest of this beautiful city. The hotel is decorated in a nice mix of modern and old and has a warm family feel to it with staff that are all very accommodating. Breakfast was great with a nice mix of regional produce. When we were leaving we were presented with a lovely bottle of local wine. I can't fault the place, highly recommended!

Great location, good value, can't be beat!
We arrived in Mostar to the Villa Anri and were greeted by a welcoming host with offer of a complimentary beverage. Received help with the luggage to our large and very clean room, not a cookie cutter hotel room but with the flavor of Mostar. Slippers available at door to keep room clean. Had a triple room with plenty of space and a small balcony with view the Mostar bridge and surrounding mountains. The bathroom was large with a shelf to accommodate our personal items (could have use more hooks to dry out our towels). Once we settled in, we had our choice of beverages (we choose wine). We sat on a lovely patio to relax and enjoy our locally produced wine and dish of watermelon. The host was very knowledgeable of the area, where to walk and shop, where to dine in locally owned restaurants. She gave us the name of the Restoran Sardvan that offered complimentary drink before dinner. The restaurant was wonderful greeting us with a glass of delicious local cherry brandy. Our dinners were amazing. It is a 5 minute walk to the Stari Most bridge over the river Neretva that connects the two parts of the city. Free parking available in front of hotel. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and prepared by the host. She is quite the cook and certainly made us feel welcome. We appreciated help with luggage on arrival and departure. We were sent an email to welcome us prior to arriving....a very nice touch.

An excellent place to stay in Mostar
We loved Villa Anri. The room was large, and the view of old town from the terrace was amazing. We were treated like royalty. The service was personable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay again when we are in Mostar.

Nice hotel. Wonderful staff. Sabina was great!!
My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is close to the famous bridge and the old town. Sabina was just wonderful. She smiled each time when we saw her. She was very nice and helpful. She made our stay more enjoyable. Suggestion: If you arrive in Mostar by bus at the Mostar East station, take a taxi to get to the hotel. It's not expensive.

Nice hotel close to mostars famous bridge.
Can't beat the location for proximity to the mister bridge. More like a B & B. friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable. Just even arranged and paid for the taxi to the bus station.

Mostar experience
Villa Anri was incorrectly advertised and used outdated photos. We booked for a room with a private terrace with important view of Ottoman Bridge and River in Mostar. Our room was small, had no private terrace and another hotel with large deck was built to completely block our view. This is a most unsatisfactory experience.

Great view of Old Bridge!
Great place to stay if visiting Mostar. Short walk from the Old Bridge and great restaurants. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. AWESOME service and location.

Very welcoming.
Very welcoming lady on reception and delighted to receive a bottle of wine on checkout. Room was basic. No view from window and bathroom did smel of the drains. Easy parking outside. Adequate for a stopover.

Located just a few minutes walk from the famous bridge. The lady in the reception was super nice and extremely helpful. Breakfast was amazing and the room much better than we expected.

Decent Room - Spectacular Service
Our room was nothing spectacular- no view, okay bed, not a great shower- but the location was perfect, right next to the old bridge and by lots of great restaurants, and the woman running the hotel while we were there was so kind and helpful. She served a great breakfast, offered us free tasting of homemade brandy, and even gave us a bottle of Herzegovinian wine when we left. The service made this hotel stay well worth it.

Good choice in Mostar
Well located, comfortable and clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Big roof terrace with views over Old Bridge and town; rooms 301 & 302 have direct access to the terrace.
