DO NOT GO!!
They do not grand the golden discount, there is no microwave, they will not heat up food for you and they will not give you a fork, the place smells like a wet dog and the furniture is stained, I almost tore my thumb with the bathroom drain and when I asked to get it fixed. Still waiting 3 days for it. THE WORST!!!

Our staff always strives to provide the most memorable service to our dear guests and we are sorry to learn that we let you down. I reported the condition of the room to the Management, we will urgently fix the issue with the bathroom drain. Also we are gradually renovating our rooms and public areas. Please allow me to comment on some points regarding services you mentioned. As VIP member you are entitled to receive room upgrade and 20% discount for food and non-alcoholic beverages (once per stay); the discount was provided for you for Lobby bar bill according to terms & conditions of VIP program and we provided you with upgrade to Standard room with River View. After extension of your stay for your convenience we kept the same room in order not to disturb you. All rooms in our hotel (with exception of Executive Suite room) are not equipped with microwaves, information about room equipment is published on Hotels.com website. Forks are provided for free via One Touch Service button, but any delivery to the room is at extra cost - 200 RUB per delivery. We sincerely hope that despite some unpleasant moments incurred this stay, you will give us a chance to welcome you back and show you that we will are able of more. Bargain
Solid hotel somewhat in the Soviet style, but adapted for modernity as far as possible (USB ports added, for example). Very good for the price, and the way I saw the staff deal with the challenging conditions that come with these strange times was exemplary.

Very good service, facilities and amenities at a reasonable price in a time-proven high class hotel. Hotel has a perfect location in downtown Moscow - not too many people and road traffic nearby, great views and also "very close to everything". I always stay at Radisson Slavyanskaya during my visits to Moscow.

This hotel really needs renovation. Rooms are really old and basic. Only 1 or 2 sockets per room and all are NOT next to bed. It's only worth booking it with breakfast, since breakfast is really nice, endless variety of different dishes including live stations of omelettes and pancakes 👍 Staff is really nice as well

They were literally interrogating me for more than an hour at check in. The three women at the reception were constantly asking me where I've been for the past few days, even though they have no legal right to do so. No clue what was wrong with them, the same had never happened to me prior to my arrival at this hotel.

Despite asking for a non-smoking room and actually living on a non-smoking floor, smell of cigarette smoke was terrible in the room, especially in the bathroom. It was true in both the original room we were assigned and another one (on a different floor) that we got when we asked for a change of a room. Apparently, the smell is coming from the ventilation, so there is no safe place. The room itself was small and old, even after the vip upgrade. The staff was attentive in attempting to accommodate us by changing rooms, but it did not help.

The shower has some problems. The water isn't stable so it's always changes - cold/hot. Difficult to take a shower int hat way. The location is the best in Moscow! Seriously! The service could be better

great location, average rooms
Excellent location especially if you fly into Vnukovo Airport (25 mins direct train). Red Square is 3 metro stops away. I believe the hotel has a renovated section and a dated part, empire room was I the latter so being a 4 star you’d think there is a standard. Room was clean, the bed however wasn’t comfortable.

Bit aged but very clean. Super friendly staff. It offers free gym and swimming pool access👍. Rooms have nice view of the river. Great location near the metro and shopping centres. Definitely it had a great value for the money. Enjoyed a pleasant stay here. Thank you for the staff
