My first post pandemic atay
Very clean, Covid protocols in place (hence restaurant was closed). Bar staff very good (especially Ivan). Decent bar food menu and room service all still operational.

Functional, well kitted hotel at a good location. Very central to everything. Modern facilities and amenities. There was nothing lacking in general and it remains a good place to stay.

Excellent service
The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming and very helpful at all times also speaking good English. The room was also very good in all the hotel was pristine clean. The location is a great place to stay in Moscow and I would recommend to anyone as I will be coming back when in Moscow.

Damaged items in the room. Uncomfortable. Surprised, because in other cities this hotel network is much better. But btw the staff is very responsive.

The location was good for the main tourist spots in Moscow and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and accommodating with good English. The breakfast was too pricey but this encouraged us to venture out for some Russian breakfast experience elsewhere which was easy to find

Six Day Stay
Staff were great - hospitable, friendly and professional. Housekeepers did an excellent job cleaning and tidying my room. One feedback is I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't use the self service laundry and save myself some money on this cost. It may be a 4 star hotel but after being pick pocketed on the Metro I was needing to be as economical as possible.

Great hotel
The hotel is great, new and modern, lobby is very nice, everuthing is clean, bathroom new and modern. Location is very good, 35 minutes to the Red Square, 5 minutes to the supermarket, 7 minutes to the metro station.

The lady at the reception at Mercure was not nice. I have no idea why Accor in Russia has hired this type of people to work in a hotel as they are not friendly nor have service mind to work in a hospitality industry. She relocated us to the other hotel though she said there are 3 buildings of the hotel BUT they are not the same hotel. We were moved to Adagio which was more of a flat than a hotel. Had breakfast at Mercure but it was not that good as there were not many choices.

A very warm reception when arriving and very helpful. The room is updated and very comfortable. Breakfast choice also good. I did not give a full 100% score because there is no lobby to have a coffee rather just a seating area and the only option for a business meeting is in the bar that is quite dark for this type of meeting. I will certainly return to this hotel as a great option.

It was our first time in Russia, staff was super friendly, I even had a nice surprise cake with handwritten card from general manager brought in to our room for my 50th. Great location, close to everything. Clean room, great hotel restaurant. My wife loved the hotel.I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel. Didn’t have too many dealings with staff but appeared helpful. Room service prices were expensive considering the quality of the one meal I had. Breakfast was also quite expensive so just had locally. About a 30min walk to Red Square which is fine. Situated in more of a residential neighbourhood which was nice. Close to metro. Would stay again.

Thanks for looking after us.
We were thoroughly looked after at this hotel. The staff are very hospitable and helpful. The location was superb for us as it amounted to only a 20minute walk into red square via streets with plenty of restaurants.

Great location close to main railway station and aeroexpress to airports. Very clean, friendly, good breakfast and food in the restaurant is great. Usually stay here when in Moscow. Near to supermarkets and restaurants.

Well located for business, comfortable and quiet.
The Mercure is a great hotel for business travelers. The staff all make a great effort to make you feel at home. The standard of English spoken is very good. Check in, check out, bar, breakfast and concierge services are all as good as one would expect. Efficient and friendly. The rooms are all uniform, I have stayed in several and all were the same. All offer very good space (I have a standard double each time). The bed is very comfortable, the linen is comfortable, there are additional cushions to go with the pillows. The bathroom is a semi-wet room with a big shower. There is no bath. I have never once managed to make the AC or heat operate in the rooms. This is OK as the rooms are usually OK temperature and if they get too hot you can open the windows OK All the usual stuff you would expect is provided in the room, including a kettle and bottled water. You can get an iron and ironing board sent to the room. They offer wake up calls and free newspaper The breakfast is a good effort and includes champagne. It is Russia, after all... Meals in the hotel can be taken in the Town House which offers formal dining of a good standard or you can get a range of burgers, salads and so forth in the bar. The bar food is really good. I recommend the Black Russian burger.

Very convenient central location, comfortable clean rooms. it feels very safe to be inside of the hotel - a lot of security guards and controls without comprimising convinience. Super helpful and friendly stuff!

Comfortable hotel
A nice hotel with clean rooms and facilities. Great staffs, most of them speak the queens English fluently . This hotel is situated along with 2 other hotels so on maps it showed as Ibis hotel, so don’t get confused - same location. Located rather on a quiet and suburban area, it’s quite a bit away from the city centre. However there were Tel shops, fast food eateries about 10 mins walk away, near the metro station. Also a few supermarkets around the vincinity.

Couldn't ask for more!
My stay couldnt have been more perfect. I shall begin with the staff - they all had excellent English and dealt readily with my lack of Russian. They were always ready to help, and were indeed very helpful in getting my lost suitcase back to me. Without you I would likely still be waiting! The room was very comfortable with all the mod cons you would expect, with complimentary water provided each day. The bathroom was lovely, offering either a shower or a tub fpr a soak after a long day sightseeing Location wise it is about a 5-10min walk from Paveletskaya, which is ideal for those coming into/out of Domodedovo. Paveletskayais also on the circle line of the metro which allows quick and easy access to all the major landmarks. I would also consider the location safe even at night - I went to Red Square to see it lit up and did not return until after midnight: even as a lone female I felt safe. I would not hesitate to stay here again and woud reccommend it to anybody.
