“Excellent, but take your own kettle”

Clean, comfortable air-conditioned room (don't forget, it can be VERY hot in Moscow in the summer). Polite and helpful staff. Convenient for Paveletsky Railway Station (Aero Express to Domodedovo) and local grocery shops/kiosks. Only one problem - paying for a cup of tea at the bar left me feeling like I'd been robbed. I would be happy to stay here again, but only if I took my own kettle.

It does everything on the label says, budget, good, clean, good location.

“Brand new, clean, and a bit too barebones for my taste”

Rooms are small but adequate in size. They are very clean. The bed was firm and quite comfortable. The WiFi is free and works very well. The rates are moderate. But the room lacks most of the amenities that business travelers expect. There are no facial tissues, no soap (only liquid dispensers) no minibar, no drinking water (you have to buy it in the bar downstairs), very thin towels, no washcloth etc. .These things are easy to fix and would make a big difference in the comfort level. The restaurant is open only for breakfast and lunch. I did not try it. Bkfst is very expensive.

“Prima uitvalbasis voor citytrip Moskou”

Wij hebben 3 nachten overnacht in het Ibis-hotel. Personeel spreekt goed Engels, iets wat je van de gemiddelde Rus niet kunt zeggen. Vanaf het hotel is het 10 minuten lopen naar de metro (keuze uit 2 stations). Het ontbijtbuffet hadden wij niet ingekocht, maar een petit ontbijt kun je gewoon in de lobby bestellen voor een paar euro en is prima om de dag mee te beginnen. Niets te klagen over dit hotel, een aanrader voor als je niet de hoofdprijs wilt betalen in het centrum van deze stad.

There is a very helpfull and friendly staff. We can let our luggage securely with an ID after check out. The room is ok and it is very clean. Note the restaurant opens on sundays when everything is closed around. The staff is very kind. There is no minibar in the room and i needed to refresh drinks. I asked the bar and they gave me for free 1kg of ice!! The nearest metro is Sepukovkaya/Dobryininskaya, 10 min walk. This hotel is a very good deal in Moscow. Better than Holiday Inn Lesnaya which is far more expensive. I recommend this hotel. Olivier from Paris, France

“Nice stay at this hotel”

I was at Ibis Hotel during 5 nights in early november. The employees vere very kind and helpful. There are two computers with free internet which is better than Novotel. The room is well furnished, the bathroom is quite large for Moscow. The cleaning was done everyday. Some shops around (produkty) near Paveletskaya and a Starbucks near Serpuhovskaya which is the friendliest metro (7-8 min walk). En résumé, cet hotel est très bien, et j'ai d'ailleurs vu des français y séjourner.
