Все было очень хорошо за свою цену. Из плюсов удобное расположение в самом центре, близость к большому количеству ресторанов и хороший продуктовый магазин. Расстроило отсутствие чайника - он был на фотографии номера, поэтому ожидали увидеть его. А так же не совсем понятна логика закрытия входа в отель после 10 часов. Приходилось обходить вокруг и заходить через другой отель. Утюга тоже, кстати, не было. Мыла в номере тоже не было - приходилось пользоваться универсальным гелем-шампунем-кондиционером.

All rooms in ibis hotels are build due to branded standards which is 17 square meters. Next time I recommend you to choose Mercure or Adagio hotels which located in one building with our Adagio. The room size for standard category there is 21 square meters. In Adagio we also can offer family rooms 35 square meters. We really hope to welcome you back. Basic budget hotel, not very near to Metro
Basic budget hotel like other Ibis around the world. About 10min walk to nearest Metro station Paveletskaya. Personally I do not think it is near and a good comfort to walk in winter or luggage. We were in 4 persons, so most of the time we moved via Yandex taxi. No problem for such distant. A bonus point: a very good Georgian restaurant located at the beginning of Bakhrushina Street, ДжонДжоли на Павелецкой. Must try.

Excellent location for the size of Moscow, it is half an hour by foot from the Red Square in a nice area of central Moscow. Me and my partner enjoyed our stay there, clean rooms and friendly staff.

We have stayed in this hotel before in the summer,,this time it was in the winter,as we do like this hotel,but we did find one big problem this time,which is you can not control the heat in the room,the first night it was 28%c we could not sleep,next day I was told by reception that the air con does not work in winter & the hotel is fixed at 24%c,the only good thing was they gave us a sheet & we could open the window about 3" to let air in

Excellent hotel close to red square
The hotel was excellent and amazing value for money. Very clean with nice bar and restaurant and very comfy beds. The hotel is unde 30mins walk from Red Square and near many bars and restaurants. My only observation would be that the bar/coffee area was a little understaffed at times but the staff were extremely friendly and professional

Disappointing service!!
1. Front Desk staff, Alexis was indifferent to our request for a taxi and was unhelpful. We nearly missed our train to St. Petersburg as she did not attend to our request for a taxi even though it was our turn. Our train was at 2pm and we requested for her to call for a taxi at 1:15pm. She ignored us and attended to others instead. We desperately asked a Russian guest to help us call for a taxi because we don’t speak Russian. It was indeed stressful. Alexis is NOT fit to be working at Front Desk. Send her to the kitchen to wash dishes!! Worst experience I had to-date. We are glad our stay at ‘the Petro Hotel’ in St. Petersburg is much more pleasant. 2. Fire drill on 6th September was at 12pm when it is the check-out time. Many guests were stranded on their respective floors. We were staying in room 327 and a kind staff, think he is the fire warden, helped us with our luggages to the ground floor. 3. Saving Grace - the breakfast is decent. 4. About 15 to 20 mins walk to the metro. Not ideal for families with young children and elderly. 5. If you decide to stay in this hotel. Good luck!

Fantastic
Just went for a solo adventure to Moscow; the staff were so friendly and helpful! Great location, 5mins walk from Paveletskaya Station and metro which is great if you’re flying in from Domodedovo! Absolutely would stay here again

I arrived at Moscow by overnight train, very tired as I did not have enough sleep. I asked the reception staff whether she could give me the room earlier and I was overjoyed that she did give me a room right away, it was like 7:30 in the morning. I appreciated a lot for their flexibility.

Excellent Value Shoet Break
Great Value as I booked the room to include the free breakfast option . WiFi is Free in rooms which are a decent enough size & clean . There’s no kettle ( but I take my own anyway) . The rooms can be a bit warm with the heating that is centrally controlled but I just left the window open slightly to make it a bit more manageable. Breakfast was great so much to choose from buffet style. Only couple mins walk to Paveletskaya metro station , we arrived late at night so Ibis arranged taxi for us 2100 roubles from DME. Would stay here again without a doubt.

The hotel is located in the centre of Moscow in 5 min walking from metro station Paveletskaja and 30 min walk until Red Square.

Good value for money
We had an excellent stay at Ibis hotel. Clean room, great breakfast and very pleasant staff. The only downside is the location as there are not a lot of things to do or go around. On the other hand, Kremlin is only 35min walk away. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Incredible value for money
Rarely do I leave reviews on Expedia, however this time I had to. I stayed in July for 3 nights. The hotel is literally 10 minutes away from the Aeroexpress train station. Lowest possible price for a hotel of this (surprisingly high) quality in the city center that is extremely clean, and with superb staff.

Good low budget option
Very friendly helpful staff. Excellent location. Small rooms but we'll equipped including fridge and safe. Good communal areas including international charging sockets and computers to use.
