I don't even know where to begin...We had a chance to enjoy Moscow for 15 days during Christmas / New Year holiday season so I really got a chance to see everything about this hotel. Assambleya Nikitskaya is simple yet amazing. Yes, location is great without a doubt because you walk to Red Square 10 min max, countless restaurants and shopping malls nearby, ease of access from anywhere whether you use taxi or underground metro. BUT what makes this place truly amazing is people that work there. That includes everyone: front desk, sales / reservations team, cleaning crew, food / bar - everyone speaks English, everyone is doing their absolute best to help you to feel welcomed. As an example - our son had a gum infection as a result of a tooth extraction done right before vacation & was in need of a dentist urgently. One of front desk receptionists Tatev made calls to many clinics to find one not only open to see us same day, but close and with most reasonable price list. Same attention to guests we saw from Arthur, Diana, Sergey and rest of team. As far as hotel itself - we had a very comfortable 1 bedroom suite they call Apartment. Spacious, clean, comfortable king size bed, enough space for family of 5 actually. We did spend a lot of time outdoors but even when we were inside, none of us felt cramped. If you are looking for friendly and comfortable hotel in the heart of Moscow - this place is for you!!!

Great little boutique hotel
This is a great boutique hotel, centrally located within walking distance of all the major attractions in Moscow. The staff at Assambleya Nikitskaya are all friendly and extremely helpful and helped make my stay in Moscow all the more memorable. I would recommend Assambleya Nikitskaya to anyone travelling to Moscow who does not need the amenities of a large hotel.

We were pleasantly awed by the hospitality of the staff. They were always friendly and helpful towards all the guests. My husband misplaced his prayer rosary in the hotel room and discovered it only when we were in St Petersburg. Christina Hodakovskaya from the front desk was very helpful and understood the sentiment of the rosary and took it upon herself to personally post it to Singapore on her own expense. We are very touched by her kind gesture. You do not need to stay at a 5* hotel to receive overwhelming treatment,you just need to book in and stay at Assambleya Nikitskaya Hotel to receive one!

Perfect Location Sufficient Facilities
This is a small boutique hotel in the heart of Moscow . Location is close to excellent you can walk to all the main attractions like the Red Square. It is located on a nice street with lots of cafes and restaurants. Staff are super friendly and supportive. Rooms are adequate size but the shower is a bit small however the water pressure is perfect . Breakfast we didn’t try so can’t comment but has a small settlement downstairs and it’s not included in the room rate. The hotel is a bit outdated but still good and comfy. Only issue which we had and was really annoying was with the WIFI which was very bad and reception told us it’s because we are close to the Kremlin and government imposes restrictions on the internet access. Otherwise great stay .

Perfect location
Very nice small hotel in great location. Can see Kremlin walls from hotel just 2 blocks away. Easy walk right into the Alexander gardens at the Kremlin, and left to Red Square.. Lots of restaurants on hotelstreet, Tchaikovsky Conservatory just up the street... classical music concerts very affordable. In other direction is Moscow's main street.. a busy place, traffic, gorgeous old buildings, complicated underground passage to cross intersection to Red Square but recommend going other way.

Great value for the money. Location is amazing
A nice hotel. Only a few blocks to the Kremlin, Red Square and the Bolshoi. All are less than a 10 min walk. The hotel is a great value for the money. This is our third time staying here, as it is our ‘go to’ hotel in Moscow. The rooms are of varying quality. Some have nice temperpedic mattress while others do note. The room we had this stay had an older mattress that was not comfortable. For the price and location you can not go wrong.

Pros: location-15 min walk to Kremlin and Red Square; comfortable beds and pillows, great bedding - high thread count cotton, super soft. Polite staff, clean room and bathroom. They have mini bar and breakfast (surcharge) on site. Despite the downtown location it was very quite in the room, no noise. Cons: none

A very nice hotel, staff very friendly, room was clean only down side was the breakfast black tea should be served in a teapot with cold milk we found the duvet was too small for the bed, the hotel had discount vouchers for tours but we only found this the day we were leaving, hotel is very close to everything

This was the most helpful of personal attention I have ever received in my lifetime of travel. A dedicated reception team put immense effort in to rectifying my self-inflicted difficulties, thank you. Location was the best part, as it is roughly a two block walk to the Kremlin. For the price, the hotel is clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants within a two block radius. Beds were comfortable.

Great location.
This is a nice small local hotel. The best benefit is the location, which is roughly two blocks to the Kremlin. For the price the rooms are nice and the bed comfortable the room was advertised as having a tempurpedic mattress, but our room only had a standard spring mattress.. We had a standard room, which did not have an in room coffee pot. The shower was hot, provided you showered before 8:00 AM (the water was warm then, like many people in the hotel were showering). Lots of restaurants within a two block walk, ranging from cheap fast food to nice sit down restaurants. There were a couple of coffee shops and small stores near by. Roughly three blocks the nearest subway stop.

Friendly hotel at great location
Good hotel at great location. Most sightseeings eg Red Square, Kremlin etc are at walking distance approx 15mins only. Staff very friendly. I pre-ordered taxi to pick me up at airport upon my arrival. Was organized very effectively. My flight was delayed by over 30mins and moreover the check at immigration took over an hour. So all in all, I came out of the airport more than 1.5 hours late, and fortunately my taxi driver was still there waiting for me at the airport hall. Really happy!

Nice hotel close to Red Square & The Kremlin.
Very clean and comfortable place, spacious rooms with slightly dated decor more than made up for by the level of care we received, particularly from the incredible Alexander at Reception who speaks English and goes out of his way to help. We’re informed that the Australian broadcasting company SBS placed their staff in this hotel during the recent World Cup. Location and staff great, much appreciated.

Marvelous Hotel near Kremlin
Hotel is walking distance to Kremlin and Red Square. Most of the famous restaurants are walking distance away from hotel. Hotel price is attractive. Highly recommend for everyone to stay in this hotel when visit Moscow.

Good hotel close to the Kremlin
A very nice small hotel within easy walking distance of the Kremlin. You can see the Kremlin wall from the entrance of the hotel. Rooms very clean and spacious. Breakfast satisfactory. Only small dining area but pleasant. Staff helpful. I would recommend this hotel as it is so close to Red Square and the Kremlin. I would use it again.

Great location. Walking distance to Red Square and many other attractions. But rooms are small and have no view. The shower was very small. A single room is considered one twin bed in Moscow so be sure to ask about bed size.

Nice place to land!
Within a short walk to all major attractions and nice restaurants! Would have preferred two twin beds but got a queen and pull out sofa. Sofa bed was okay and room was huge!
