"Great location over the beach with fantastic views"
We had a family holiday with two teenage daughters and had a wonderful week at the hotel. We opted for B&B only as we wanted to try the local restaurants too, but the food in the hotel was very good with lots of variety and something for everyone. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, everywhere was very clean and we all had a great time. very close to the fabulous beach and other facilities.

Lots of steps so not good for pushchairs/disabled access. Great hotel for families with older children and couples. Good location but expect to pay 100 euros for a taxi from the airport if you haven't got a transfer booked! One hour journey time, but worth it for the beautiful beach. Great food, caters for all tastes and vegetarian.
Knowing nothing about the area we went with great expectations and hopes for an excellent holiday - we were not disappointed. An excellent hotel, quiet despite being busy. Rooms were fine - a kettle would have been good, but we boiled the saucepan if needed.
Bathroom was above average - plenty of hot water from a powerful shower, with plenty of fresh clean towels.
Outdoor seating area was good too. We didn't have a sea/pool etc view - just flowers, however this also meant we were not overlooked, nor was the room too hot from direct sunshine.
Food in the restaurant was plenty - we only ate breakfast. Staff were efficient and friendly.
All in all, an excellent family holiday.
This is a Lovely modern hotel very close to the beach and facilities of Moro jable and jandia .
Food was lovely although the dining room is a bit find a table that is still set for use .
Room was excellent and made up every day plenty of things going on in the hotel to do but not in English with a morning news letter but again mainly in another language this was not off putting in the slightest and everyone was very pleasant and my husband and I speak Spanish but the language was not Spanish.
All in all a lovely stay would definitely return to this hotel.
Attentive staff, and good choice of reasonable food. Main comment is that the hotel needs a tidy up. Walls in bedroom, and tiles in bathroom cracked. Carpets stained. Tatty worn furniture. You may think from some of the photos that it is by the beach, but a dual carriageway and mud/salt flats separate the hotel from the beach. Nice spot to relax and do beach walks. Can be a tad windy. Not cheap or easy to travel from Airport to hotel. Probably wouldn't use this hotel again.

Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by the lovely Premium Club rep (Angela) who welcomed us to the hotel with a much needed glass of cold bubbly and a quick debrief of the facilities. We soon realised the rather hurried greeting was due to the lunch sitting finishing only 20 mins after our arrival and she did not want us missing out on.
All the staff were amazing, food was top notch, facilities really did enable us to relax and switch off for the week, stunning place!!
