The staff at night was rude. They say pet friendly on the website but they do not allow pets.

The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The ground floor was under renovation, so not in great shape. There were a couple of reasonable restaurants within walking distance and the guy checking us in was very helpful and pleasant. The brunch was better than the other two Quality Inns that we stayed at the previous two nights. We would stay at this hotel again if travelling by here.

The area where the property was located was good. However, the hotel room was dirty. The fridge had food that was not cleaned from the previous guest. There was a pizza box as well as a bottle of liquor that occupied the entire fridge. The restroom had soaps that was opened from the cover and was not replaced from the previous guest. There was some strands of hair and the bathroom smelled like urine. Looked like room service did not do their job. The rubber seal for the room door was broken and so the door had a gap. We felt like the door could easily be opened in spite of it being locked. We discussed all these issues with the front desk staff when we were checking out the next day morning and the staff member assured us that they would try to compensate us for the issues. We haven't received any compensation yet.

Overall ok, but bad smells
This place wasnt bad. About what youd expect from a 2-3 star hotel. Sheets and towels were clean, bathroom was updated which was nice. Refrigerator and microwave though small were nice and worked well. My cable wasnt working the first day, and the person from the front desk came up and fixed it, i mentioned it might be the HDMI cable so he got a new one and switched it out for me. Worked fine after that. My biggest issue was the smell. I could tell that whoever was in that room before me had a dog of some sort, and either it peed on the carpet or was just plain dirty because the whole room smelled like dog. Also, the bathroom smelled deeply of cigars. Like someone knew the facility was non-smoking, and instead of going outside, they smoked in the bathroom and tried to cover it up with a shower or something. If youre going to be a pet friendly hotel (which honestly is fine by me) you should make sure you either steam clean or whatever to ensure the room is ready for the next customer. I know youre charging a pet deposit/daily fee, that should go towards ensuring the room is properly cleaned and odorized for the next person.

We needed a place to stay late at night. They don't accept walk ins after 11, which is totally fine. That had nothing to do with my review. The hotel room was average to below average, I couldn't close the curtains other than the sheer one, and it was a ground floor room. It seemed clean but I wouldn't walk in it with a black light. it was fine for the night, but $90 doesn't get you very far in a hotel these days. The bed was fine. Nothing special. There was no blanket only a comforter. Usually that's just a decoration. Nothing special. I wouldn't choose to stay here again if I had a choice.

It's a quiet place, convenient but they have to purchase more plates for lunch time. Saying that you don't have more plates to a customer, it's not good to hear. Beside that, it''s good place.

Broken tv that wouldnt work even after plugging it in, filthy room that still had trash (used dirty cups) laying on the floor left by the last person. Stained sheets, floor left my feet black after stepping on the carpet in my bare feet, bathtub looked like it was falling apart. Will not ever stay here again and last time i use expedia.
