Wow!! Wish I had have found this little piece of paradise years ago!! Outstanding motel, great service and free buffet breakfast. I will definitely be back!! Thank you Brookland’s.. The new signage looks fabulous too!!

Our room was a great size and clean. We chose to stay here because we were attending a wedding close by. So the location was great for that. Staff were very lovely and helpful would stay again!

Two Night Stay - Okay
Floors Not Clean - Hair left on Bathroom Floor. Under Desk - Not Vacuumed. Restaurant - Not opened for Dinner on Sunday Nights. Many Restaurants in Town to choose from. Expensive for an Average Room Breakfast - Lovely, Horrible Music was annoying & not needed. Coffee - Good, but could have been Warmer.

Poor hotel stay
This hotel is very poor looks nice from the road but wait! The rooms are shocking in need of refurbishing, dated decor, marks on the walls and our rooms was very dusty all over, we had to clean the surfaces, there is a door to a patio area which had a bolt and chain but is not very safe and secure. Overall the room is not what I expect from best western. The hotel offers breakfast, some cooked options, cereal and toast, not bad could do better. The only good thing is the surrounding area of Mornington, which is excellent and worth a visit

High standard
Really clean and comfortable. Good remote service to access key when I arrived late. Good breakfast and housekeeping and front desk very polished service. No complaints.

Good stay
Overall very good stay Comfy room quiet except a group of inconsistencies people talking very loudly outside but they were shut done really quickly. Breaky was a surprise had buffet included before but found it disappointing this was a descent meal. We did run out of loo paper we had less than half a roll on the dispenser when we arrived and one in the cupboard but with ; women...... but a call to reception and it was sorted in 2 mins 😀

Love this motel. Needs a little TLC
Very happy to stay here when I visit Mornington Peninsula. The only thing I could say against the place is that the bathroom in the room I stayed in last week needs a little updating. Otherwise all excellent. Garden outlook is wonderful and breakfast is a treat. Faye (Paynesville)

Comfort and convenient.
Repeat stay. Comfortable bed, spacious room and convenient location to shops and restaurants. Swimming pool great. Very difficult to locate switch on bedside light in the dark. Gardens in patio areas need attention.

Quiet rooms, convenient location close to shops
Met Best Western standards, friendly staff, walking distance to shopping precinct. Swimming pool great for summer months. Full buffet breakfast. Would return and can highly recommend

Nice garden, large room, bathroom in need of updat
The buildings are set in lovely gardens, with large rooms, the bed was comfortable but the bathroom was in dire need of updating with mouldy grout/sealant.

Weekend stay
The property is well kept, the room was spacious however I was disappointed with the comfort of the bed and the shower needs renovation or a good cleaning as there was mould around the sealer within the shower. The breakfast was very good.

Red hot summer tour
What a pearler of a hotel. Not a bad word could be spoken about this place , great staff , clean comfortable rooms , awesome facilities, great complimentary buffet breakfast, the list goes on. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be using it again next time we are in Mornington.

Hotel in Mornington
It was a very comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. Great facilities. It felt luxurious. Having breakfast in the morning as part of the deal was excellent. It was an extremely hot day but we walked into a room that was cooled down and beautiful.

Was unpleasant because of the fact that our room had not been cleaned for quite a while ( dirt and cobwebs - and daddy long leg spiders ). - fridge absolutely stunk of curdled milk. ( in which we cleaned up coz we could not stand the smell - Mould every in the shower. .

Great pool! Clean rooms!
Last minute decision for me and my two young boys (5 and 9) to stay in Mornington and the this place was just wonderful. Pool was amazing, with towels at hand. We ordered room service which was delivered very quickly and the quality was perfect. I can't wait for an opportunity to stay here again.

Nice hotel
Stayed in a king room, was a large size room with an exclusive use outdoor area. Extremely comfortable beds. Free breakfast included was delicious. Hotel is within walking distance to beach which was handy.

The guest hotel guide had the wrong time for breakfast finishing - we missed out on breakfast one morning. There were trolleys early in the morning back and forth in front of our door and there was a dripping sound from the roof EVERY morning! Our room was also missing a microwave when most rooms seemed to have them.

Not up to Usual High Standards.
Great breakfast in the restaurant each day included in our room cost, but disappointed with meagre breakfast provisions on Christmas morning. We were paying a premium for the room at this time of the year and a pear, muesli bar, tiny banana muffin and fruit box felt inadequate. With a toaster in the room, bread and spreads would have been a welcome addition. Cob webs behind blinds and tatty chair in room were unexpected - not up to your usual high standard. Lovely location and usual high standards will have us back there again I'm sure.

Nice hotel slightly out of town
Spent two nights at this hotel. Very quiet location. Room was ready early which we didn't expect. Breakfast was included and was adequate. Mornington is a nice place to visit.

room is quite old. charged additional fee for children, which are below 8 years. they should not be counted for additional occupiers as long as they stay on the same bed with parents (no extra bed required)

Ok but needs some tlc.
Reception told me I had to pay them even though I had paid through Wotif, took a bit of convincing before they agreed they had made a mistake. Room was comfortable good bed, but the doors into the hotel units were very noisy causing a noisy enviroment if your neighbours were in and out of their units as ours were. Breakfast was great! Room cleanliness and attention to detail was lacking, we had only 1 cup and no teaspoon and a couple of cockcroaches in the kitchen area, though the area seemed clean.

A room service breakfast must be offered: at least a continental breakfast needs to be offered with provisions such as a toaster and a bowl for cereal in every room. I am only half awake in the mornings and do not want to leave my room and have to encounter other people before I have my breakfast. The minibar was very good with the offering of sparkling, red and white wines and beer at reasonable prices.

Beautiful Setting
We stayed here for two nights while on a 10 day trip around Victoria. The hotel rooms are in a gorgeous setting among shady trees and gardens. The room was spacious and very clean although a little dark for my liking. We had breakfast included in the price and was very good value. Would stay here again despite the rooms being quite dark inside.

Accommodation was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was quite good, meets all our needs. Location is fantastic, within walking distance to the city centre. Definitely will come back again and recommend to others.

Great stay
Room was great. The room was at least 2 times bigger than a normal one. There was a giant Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom which served as the shower too. Great location.

Lovely leafy setting - walk to shopping strip
Gorgeous garden setting - beautiful shady areas to relax & unwind. Hotel situated only a block from the main Mornington shopping strip - easy 10min walk. Fabulous heated indoor pool - shame it closed so early! (7pm). Lovely to have a private small courtyard out the back from our room to sit & enjoy the warm Spring weather. Would definitely recommend a stay. Wish we had been staying longer than one night!
