"Great hotel in great location"
During our first trip to Tokyo we got a super deal on this hotel from Expedia - more than 50% cheaper than other 5* hotels in Tokyo, but without any compromise on what you would expect from The Peninsula Hotel brand. This hotel is in the centre of Tokyo, in an area compared to Mayfair in London - brilliant starting point! Your every need is looked after, and they were very helpful in booking me some great Michelin Starred Sushi restaurants in the area. The room itself was incredible, huge bathroom with separate shower and bathtub and the notorious japanese automatic toilet! You also have a large space for your bags and clothes, kind of like a walk in wardrobe - fantastic when on a longer trip. The bedroom section is also very large, overall providing great value for money. There is also a subway station attached to the hotel, making the navigation of the city very easy. Even if you are not familiar with their system, the Japanese people are always willing to help! Finally, the staff are incredible here. From opening doors to delivering bags and room service - they did not accept tips, nor did they wait around to see if you would give one, they just got on with providing their service with a smile! I don't think I would stay anywhere else in Tokyo - and I will definitely be back! P.S The bar at Peter's restaurant has great views, cocktails and incredible staff too!

"Remm Hibiya is a great business hotel."
If you are looking for a clean alternative business hotel to the Imperial Hotel, Remm Hibiya is perfect. Remm is across the street from the Imperial Hotel. Walking distance to all sorts of restaurants towards Ginza. The room is very functional, but the configuration is a non-conventional. Although there is a curtain that can shield it, the bathroom is walled off with windows to the main bedroom.

"Great hotel downtown Tokyo"
The hotel was wonderful, the staff was great, the room (in the tower building) was great. Choosing this hotel was definitely a win! I would go back again.

"great location next to Tokyo central station"
Warm, welcoming staff. Lovely spacious room. Relaxing spa. The restaurant is under refurbishment but the hotel have done everything possible to make the temporary restaurant a great experience and offered free wine during our meal. The reception staff were superb and booked our limousine bus to Narita and escorted us to the bus stop with our luggage on a trolley. Would definitely book again. Thank you.

"Outstanding Location!"
very conveniently located at Shimbashi / Ginza area, with lots of good food and shopping (luxury brands included). Very short walking distance to Shimbashi metro station as well as JR Train Station. The room we took was good for 2 or 3 bedder, however we requested 4 beds hence it was kind of cramp within the room. We love the location and will certainly return here again.

"Nice hotel in a convenient location"
We stayed here just for our first night after arriving in Japan, and for our last night prior to departure. The room is well-thought out and the space is used efficiently. We were impressed with the anti-slam feature on the bathroom's sliding door. Slide it closed as hard as you want and it catches itself for the last few inches and closes slowly and softly. The breakfast buffet in the basement has plenty of choices for everyone and costs 25000 yen. The cab ride from Tokyo Station is about 1100 yen, make sure you have a map printed out with Japanese characters showing the location of the hotel for the taxi drivers. I've seen some reviews that thought the staff was not friendly, but all of our interactions with staff were good and they were more than happy to help us out. We would stay here again.

"Excellent location in Ginza"
Lovely modern hotel with friendly english speaking staff. Within 5 minutes walking distance of all the big name and fantastically designed shops. Also 5 mins to subway. This was the last hotel of my stay and all I really wanted to do was some last minute shopping. Close (on subway) to electric town and kitchen town. Department stores in Ginza tend to be bit more expensive than other areas in Tokyo. Dined at Tapas Molecular Bar at the Mandarin Oriental and Sant Pau in Nihombashi (both highly recommended) which were both about 15 minutes away (walking/subway). that is if you have researched what exit on the subway to exit from!! I will stay here again if I am lucky enough to return to Japan.
