I made a reservation through expedia when i whent to check in they wouldnt give me a room and i had not gotten a room there before then.

I'm sorry there must be some confusion in your stay. You booked this reservation with a no cancel policy. This reservation was made at 9:06pm the same night of your arrival. With the terms of this reservation all cancellations are charged the full night of the stay. Also you booked a second night and paid for that with your own credit card using a AAA discount and kept you in the same room you stay in the first night.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast each morning was outstanding. The remote control for the TV was frustrating and a channel guide in the room would be helpful. Overall great

Clean, no frills hotel
I traveled to Morgantown to attend a sibling's graduation ceremony and was only in town for 2 nights. The hotel's location was perfect - within easy walking distance of the Coliseum, where the ceremony was held. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent. My only complaint is that the Quality Inn sign should be bigger and easier to see. I only saw a Best Western sign the first time I drove by and was confused, thinking I somehow went to the wrong place.

I am sorry for the confusion over the signage. We have only became a Quality Inn. The signage has been ordered and we are just waiting for installation.

Amanda, the front desk staff, was WONDERFUL on check-in and check-out. Although my room was clean, I had to cover the drawers for my clothing with towels - the paper inside was old and cracked. I was able to adjust my room temperature to meet my needs. I was grateful to have a refrigerator and microwave for my food and drinks. Thank you.
