Fue muy cómod- la habitación. Desventajas: hay un bar justo enfrente y el ruido llega a las habitaciones. También en este momento unas habitaciones están en remodelación y trabajan durante el día provocando más ruido.

The property was nice and clean renivated, on the hallways there are cameras that make me fell safe since I'm a single women. I stood there for 4 days in May 2022 staff was friendly and very helpfull. I had breakfast there the food was good and the price was reasonable. Overall it was a good experience and will stay there again in the future because it was close to restaurants and shopping centers

I like that restaurants and mall are near by. I don't like that night clubs near by are very loud and they close late. If you can't handle noise while you sleep this is not a good place to stay.

Hotel was pretty comfortable. We were visiting Family nearby and this Hotel was the closest we could get with the number of beds we needed. We got a suite with a king bed, full bed and 2 twin beds. It definitely exceeded our expectations

Really bad experience, we got a call from a cartel trying to intimidate me and my family the first night and had to run out of the hotel at the middle of the night, and pay another hotel for two nights so I ended up spending around $500 more than expected on my family relaxing trip really really bad and expedia has not paid back at least one night back really bad service

De igual manera le agradecemos nos haga saber los aspectos en los que nos falta por mejorar y seguiremos persistentes a darle solución a dicho problema, así como a la búsqueda de soluciones alternativas.

Great Hotel
I found this cute hotel many years ago and ever since I stay here every time I come to Morelia, It offers a great service with a smile for a reasonable price, conveniently located on the Golden Zone, with restaurants cafe's, malls and night clubs within walking distance, pharmacy across the street. The only downside is that there's a loud bar a bar also across the street which plays music until 4 am from Thursday to Sunday, Overall a great experience and I don't hesitate to recommend it.

Will stay again.
Suite was large and clean. No a/c or heat, but didn't need it when we were there. Only had breakfast in the restaurant once, it was very good. Only real complaints would be that on the last few days, no coffee packs were left in our room for the coffee maker, and the bar across the street opened and was extremely loud. That noise went on until early morning, but we were usually so tired, it didn't really bother us much for sleeping. If you are a late sleeper, the traffic noise is also pretty extreme. For the price of our stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I think it was an exceptional bargain. Would definitely stay again.

Nice deal in Morelia.
Nice place to stay, i found it a good deal, has an excellent location, the people who works there are so kind that makes you feel like home and the food is superb, it has just 1 flaw: across the street is a cantina-bar that plays music vey loud at nights.

Great Hotel with Great Prices
As the name suggests, they're suites, not ordinary hotel rooms, I stayed 4 nights, I was happy, very spacious, 2 rooms, with flat screen TV, A/C Security box, mountain views, balcony, great location, near popular mall, pharmacy open 24 hrs, downstairs. Only 2 downsides No Elevator, be prepared for a workout Very Noisy!! Most popular open bars in town lay across the street, blasting the air with very loud music till 4 am, wed to sat, don't say you didn't know. Use cotton balls on your ears to sleep, or cross the road and join the party.

En realidad casi todo bien el inconveniente es: en el restaurant pagas tu desayuno incluido y ya que estas ai te dan otro precio mas alto ,si no te dan lo que ellos quieren, si no aceptas el cobro extra.por lo demas esta bien.
