I chose this hotel due to the fact it was part of the Hilton Group. First when we got into the room it appeared to be cleaned, didn’t smell. As always I checked the bed, then made sure the appliances worked. Then the restroom, when checking the restroom, mid you they gave use a suite with a bench in the tub for the handicap, I checked the bench and there was hair on the bench, looked like pubic hair and on the door and frame looked like dried poop or blood, hand rail was broken, light bulb was missing by the closet. The floor trim around the sink area was coming off and my husband was walking to the closet and he hit his foot on the uplifted trim.
After a long flight and then driving to our hotel. All I wanted to do was shower and sleep.
I did notify the staff member at the front desk. She did personally come with a rag and some cleaning solution and wiped it down for us. It just made me not want to stay there anymore.
I know it is small things but when you pay good money to stay for 9 days somewhere you expect a clean room when you check in.
We did end up leaving after 2 days and went to another hotel down the street which we stayed before.
I wanted to try a different hotel this trip and boy was I wrong !!!
Probably in the future I would try them again(maybe)
