"Beautiful B&B, overlooking golf course and the sea"
Home from home, everything you could wish for. We were greeted by friendly hosts and shown to our first class room. Fresh milk and home made banana bread made our arrival even more welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. We will be definitely be returning to the Links, again and again.

"Nice location. "
Mattress springs were active. Lamp shade became detached. Electric points not close enough to mirrors to allow easy use. Brighter main lighting would be appreciated. Insufficient area to place toiletries in bathroom. All staff most helpful. Breakfast area nice, light and airy with good food. Use of wi-fi too restricted.

"Loved our stay; a b&b in remote area"
We loved our time at Glentorets - we wished we could stay for more than one night. The ensuite bathroom was spotless and so so spacious. My baby enjoyed his first bath in the bathtub (he had to endure showers on the rest of his trip). Hot water plentiful and amenities as well. We had THREE beds in our room, one queen sized and two singles. Our friend came along with us and so it was the four of us in a room. For the 1st time this trip, my husband and I didn't have to share our bed with our baby. I took the big bed with the baby, and my husband and my friend each took a single bed. We all had such a good sleep! The room was very clean and it's apparent the hosts really take care of their place. Breakfast was amazing; full array of choices -- the salmon omelette is a must try; I forgot to compliment Mark, the Chef for the wonderful meal. Valerie took good care making sure my son was comfy at the table; thank you!

"Recovery Break"
The staff at this hotel are all very pleasant and helpful. The food was very good although the bar menu was quite limited . We stayed fior 5 nights. This was a sort break as I was recovering from surgery. I had requested a room with just a shower. The room was quite big and very clean, with nice toiletries and tea and coffee provided. The pool was great therapy for me being post surgery. They have a very good gym which is very popular. The corridors are well carpeted and there is very little noise once you are in your room. On the downside, it was a long walkto our room and there is no lift. (I knew there was no lift when I booked.) The main complaint I have is the comfort of the bed. although it was a large bed it was very uncomfortable with the mattress springs sticking up and into you when you lay on it. Other that these comments, the hotel was ok and if they improved the mattresses thennI I would be happy to return.
