We had a great five day stay at the Spa Hotel. The room was just fine. The beds were a bit hard for us, but everything else was great. I LOVE spending time in the pool. It was a bit brisk outside for me, sitting in the sort of sun and wind, but everything else was very good. The casino across the road is lots of fun to visit. Everyone very friendly, and they actually let you win some.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay from the moment of arrival to our departure the next day. The lobby architecture that greeted us was a treat to the eyes and the administration staff were very courteous. Our Queen Plus sized room was roomy, including a large sitting area and walk in closet, with very high quality furniture and a great four post bed.
We had a fantastic dining experience in the evening at the Grant Hall dining room on the main floor. On the morning of our departure we also enjoyed what was the best selection of high quality food for a complimentary continental breakfast that we have seen outside of the best five-star all inclusive resorts we have stayed in.
We picked the hotel as a great spot for a mini-vacation close to Regina and it certainly delivered on all counts.
We found time to travel in summer at the last minute, and this hotel was the only place available for a few days. Glad we stayed there. The Continental breakfast was very nice, coffee always fresh, and we felt very welcome. Had been freshly painted and kept clean. Not posh, and didn't matter.

We chose this hotel because it was downtown and my wife wanted to be able to go shopping. We also have a small dog and the other large hotel downtown does not accept dogs. The room was very clean and the staff accommodating. The free breakfast was appreciated. Our only problem was the neighbours one night partied loudly until 4:00 am and the manager could not be reached because he sleeps at the other hotel they own which is 3 km away. A phone number posted in the room would have been helpful to know how to reach him. I'm sure he could have solved the problem by just phoning the neighbours. Otherwise excellent.

My husband and I stayed here one night for our 41st anniversary. We stayed in the executive suite which is absolutely lovely. The room are immaculate and beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We enjoyed the jetted tub! Breakfast was an excellent omelette. The owners are very hospitable and attentive to any needs that you might have.
The only reason I didn't rate it a perfect 5 was that there were some repairs that needed to be done or were in progress but that is understandable as this is a 100 + years old home and so requires constant work and upkeep. This in no way detracts from the wonderful ambience of the home and we would highly recommend it!!

Arriving, I was greeted with a warm smile and excellent service. The room was a nice size, single bed, and interesting arrangement compared to your classic 'box' hotel room. I had a room right off the pool area for one night. The pool was clean and well maintained, as well as in a cool themed room with a skylight, a pool table and arcade games. The resurant was great too. I had the butter chicken and rice; it was delicious and the service staff were all very friendly. Overall my stay was a wonderful experience. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone staying in Moose Jaw!
