We would love to be able to have our cafe/restaurant open 7 days a week too however as this is not viable at the moment we do offer in room coffee supplies and locally sourced milk. Hi Jason,We have received your review via Expedia regarding your current stay at Kondalilla Eco Resort. As you had booked via a third party wholesaler the payment would have been taken as per the terms and conditions of Expedia and not that of the resort. Your reservation via Expedia was originally for a Studio room and after one of the many telephone conversations the manager offered to upgrade you to a Treehouse as this was the room type you thought you had booked and our aim is for all our guests to have a tranquil stay. Regarding the non-reply to text messages you had sent, the text message you received prior to your departure date is an automatic courtesy reminder message. As our office was open at the time of your departure, one of our professional and helpful reception team members would have gladly addressed any concerns you had.Regards,

If you stay with us another time in the future make sure to request a cabin on the bottom section of the resort to make sure you are closer to our Restaurant and the Kondalilla National Park entrance. Hi Wensley, thank you for taking the time to review your most recent stay in a Log Cabin here at Kondalilla Eco Resort. These one bedroom cabins are beautifully situated on a hill nestled amongst the Hinterland rainforest. They feature a king bed with linen in the main bedroom and a small size single day bed with a wheel out single trundle underneath (suitable for children) with reverse cycle air conditioner, a large ensuite with a walk-in shower and a deep bath for a relaxing soak with a gorgeous window view. The large open plan living area consists of a wood burner with fire guard, firewood, kindling, eco friendly fire starters supplied during the winter months of April to October, TV/DVD, CD player, hairdryer, two single beds & linen, an ensuite with shower, reverse cycle air conditioner. The lower level dining area has a well-equipped kitchenette with a hot plate, pot & pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware, microwave and fridge (no oven), electric frypan, toaster, tea & coffee making facilities. As explained during our discussion I had with you at around 3pm on the day the lockdown was announced for the Sunshine Coast region, we were not in a position to offer a refund. You had booked a two night stay via Expedia which you had stayed one night and the refund request for the last night needed to be directed to Expedia customer service.
