I woke up at 2am and found a BED BUG biting my neck! Immediately left and slept in my car for the rest of the morning. I had to throw away the clothes I was wearing out of caution. Notified an employee and showed them a photo. Also there was a travel trailer parked about 10 feet directly in front of my window in the adjacent lot, it seems to be lived in. Do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances!

The customer service was amazing, I was checked in quickly, got my room and finally got some rest. Getting the room was pretty last minute, I reserved it only hours before we arrived. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. I loved my experience and if I find myself back here, I would definitely look into staying here again.

The beds were so uncomfortable that none of us got a good nights sleep. My son tossed and turned all night. I had horrible back pain. You could hear the people in the next room. The room was dirty. The fridge was left dirty and it was loud. I understand the building is old but spend some money in deep cleaning and better beds. The only plus was the staff was awesome. We did leave a day early because I couldn't sleep in the bed with that kind of back pain. They didn't have any other room with better beds and we didn't get a refund on the night.

To have access to the dining area with hot water, fruit, yogurt, and the morning breakfast was very nice. Staff were very helpful. I also really liked the refrigerator that had a freezer space that would actually freeze my ice packs that I need for my meds. I was able to freeze the packs and travel 6 hours with out the worry of my meds being compromised. Thought the hotel had a hot tub, that was disappointing. Beds were comfortable and I slept very well. Thanks for the kind and efficient staff you have at your hotel.

It was good, the breakfast was little to be desired, it only has meat every other day and when it did it was super greasy. The pool is super cold but can be heated because more, we asked and they did it. So thats kinda ridiculous, to have to ask.

We had problems with both our toilet and shower while there. There was no stopper in the sink drain. Our room was cleaned Ok but the stairs (there is no elevator) to the 2nd level hadn't been vacuumed for a long time. Very dated look. Needs a remodel. They said they have an omlette bar - we never saw it the 2 mornings we were there. Breakfast items were very minimal and not fresh. Pretty disappointing stay for a hotel that had a pretty good rating....

The room was great. The fact that they require a $250 deposit was not. The remote for the electric fire didn’t work and the TV remote only worked sometimes.
