“Not bad for the price”
This hotel is a little dated and you can see where they attempted to make renovations but they weren't good choices. The location is great though - central and decent for the price. The service at the front desk was sometimes quite good and sometimes very bad, it really depended on who was there. A funny little thing is the offering of an espresso on check-out.
“OK hotel could use an uplift”
Hotel is excellently located very practical for moving around, metro is a block away and everything else is pretty much walking distance. Hotel rooms are old and could use some remodeling. Internet was NO good in the room, you have to go to the lobby to use it. I reported this several times and they just said they were going to check it, but that never made it work.
“good location, bad beds”
Terribly uncomfortable beds. Otherwise, the hotel is conveniently located near a Metro stop and, if you are a hockey fan, it is close to the arena.
“Mike”
What a great place. The buildings over all needs a little updating, but the beds were super comfortable and you CANT beat the price. I highly recommend this.
“Clean as a budget hotel but it needs to be updated. Location is fantastic.”
Clean as a budget hotel but it needs to be updated. Location is fantastic.
“Works for the Budget Minded”
No real issues -- I was attending a conference at a hotel 10 minutes away where the room cost twice as much -- saved a few bucks and was near all the same shops, restaurants, and tourist spots downtown. Room was big - TV was nice --One big bonus is the 747 airport bus stops right in front of the hotel (it's the 2nd stop) - very convenient if you are flying in.

Goof locaition and better room against cheaper price.
“Chilanga”
Overall very good for the price. Nice bed, very comfortable, clean, seems like the furniture is quite new. I was pleased and would definitely book this hotel again.
“thin walls and doors make for a troubled sleep”

“Nice but noisy!”
The pros of this hotel are that the rooms are of a decent size, with a bath in the bathroom. It is also well located. The downside is that it is very noisy. This is due to noisy guests and the housekeeping staff starting at 8am and making no effort to keep the noise down, including yelling to each other in the corridors. The walls must be paper thin. Luckily I had ear plugs from my days travelling! The restaurant was ok for breakfast. Reception staff were friendly. We got this as a secret saver hotel and would have been very dispoointed to pay full price for it.
