The property and our room were bright and clean. The staff incredibly nice and helpful. It was waljable to the city center with lits if cafes and restaurants.

The location was great. The mildew smell in the bedroom because there was nothing separating it from the bed was overwhelming. The pillow was undersized and flat.

Our stay was very pleasant with great service from the staff especially Mathias at the front desk. It was a short walk to Place de Comedie where the action is abundant with lots of food choices. We enjoyed a couple of dinners at IT (Italian Trattoria?) and one at Green Lab (healthy choice). Overall a nice visit

This was a great hotel for our 1 night stay. We had a 2 room suite for the 3 of us and it was perfect. It had a grat balcony to enjoy some wine/tapas at night and was spacious. The hotel staff were also amazing and friendly. They let us check in early and even gave us glasses to enjoy some champagne in the lounge while waiting for our train ride back to Spain!

A nice, modern hotel, with friendly (and English-speaking) staff. The onsite parking was good, but the roads leading to the hotel are very confusing for unfamiliar drivers; it took me a long time to finally navigate my way there.

We enjoyed our stay in the Loft apartment which was across the street from the main hotel. Service was friendly. Apartment was clean and updated with quiet balcony. The parking spaces were wide enough for our small SUV. We thought the location was very convenient. The area immediately around the hotel was quiet but didn't have much for dining options, but its only a few minutes' walk to an area with lots of cafes' and restaurants and a short walk to the main square and Place de la Comedie.

This hotel is just outside the city which was perfect for us. It was safe and quiet and not too far from the main part of the city. We are a family

Very comfortable
Stayed in a suite at this hotel and it was really good. Very comfortable and a short walk to plenty of dining options. As a weekend the street parking was easy enough.

Fantastisk svit! Sköna sängar och svalt. Trevlig, serviceinriktad personal med utmärkt bemötande. Prisvärt boende. Enda negativa var frukosten som vi inte upplevde som bra eller prisvärd. Vi besöker gärna hotellet igen men bokar då inte frukosten.

All the staff is very customer service oriented, kind, helpful- I cannot thank them enough. Just a 7 mins walk to the Polygone Mall and tons of cute restaurants. Five mins from the Gare St Roch …. Good breakfast.

Great central hotel
Great hotel. Very central and right near train station and tram stops. Staff were really pleasant and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Tea coffee making facilities. Would definitely stay here again

Hôtel très bien sauf qu’au prix affiché de la chambre il faut rajouter le parking à 13€ par jour et la situation de l’hôtel ne permet pas de se garer ailleurs qu’à l’hôtel
