The staff was amazingly nice and accommodating, room was nice and big which is rare for Paris and price was very reasonable. Beds and pillows were so comfortable (tempurpedic which was great) and there was a Nespresso machine in the room as well as a mini bar.
"Great location, everything within walking distance"
My daughter and I stayed at the Hotel Sevres St. Germain for 7 nights. We stayed in room 22 on the 3rd floor. The room was very quiet. It was a tiny room, but this is normal for hotels in Europe. Everything in the room was well thought-out and there was plenty of room for all our stuff. The decor was bright, modern and cheerful. The bed was a little hard, but that's a very personal preference. The only thing missing was a mirror at the desk (to be able to use a curling iron - the outlet was too far from the full length mirror). The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby has a cute lounge area with a bar, so you can sip on a nice bourdeaux at the end of your day. What really makes this hotel stand out is its location. We visited La Grande Epicerie de Paris nearly every day. It's only a half a block away, towards rue de Sevres. Just down a few doors from the hotel is a fantastic boulangerie. We stopped there for morning croissants and baguettes. Across the street there's a good little Italian restaurant, and in the other direction, towards rue de Cherche Midi, there's a corner bistro that makes yummy croque monsieur.

Our room was very nice. The hotel staff was great and the location for eating was great. There was a little distance walk to all of the main attractions but in Paris, so what! What a beautiful city to take a walk!

What a charming hotel. Our whole experience was a delight from beginning to end. We especially enjoyed breakfast in the parlour, not cheap, but worth every cent. We will definitely be staying here again. We were sad to leave at the end of our stay. The staff were a joy as was our whole experience. 10 out of 10

The staff was wonderful. They were very personable and tried to be helpful in any way they could. The room was cute and comfortable and had typical amenities for a downtown Paris hotel at this price. It was convenient to several Metro lines and the RER as well as numerous restaurants, shops and attractions. I would stay there again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Those who have traveled in Europe have come to expect tiny, dark hotel rooms. However, my room here was incredibly spacious, comfortable, bright, clean and modern. The bathroom/shower was also large and spacious (and everything in it worked). I also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I don't speak French, and they were patient and gracious with me (unlike many other hotels I experienced in Paris). In the room, double windows open up for nice people watching on the street below. The view across the street isn't very charming -- just a big shopping mall -- but the hotel is within a two-minute walk of good charm -- wonderful streets, cafes, a sidewalk art exhibition on Sundays. Hip, fun, casual. Two metro stations within minutes walking. Also, across the street is the Montparnasse Tower -- one of the best views of Paris from its rooftop observatory (for about 14 eu). On Saturday night there was a wedding reception at the mall across the street -- kinda noisy -- but with the windows closed (and earplugs in) the noise disappeared.
