Booked this hotel as a romantic base for our 30th wedding anniversary. Before we went I was a bit worried that it might be slightly tacky (especially when we got an email inviting us to buy a 'Love Box'!). But it is all done in (to quote Kenny Everett) "the best possible taste". The decor is romantic dark reds and purples - finished to a very high standard. We opted for a superior double and the room was a decent size by Paris hotel standards. Really enjoyed the excellent breakfast - great quality with fresh juices, fruit, pastries, scrambled egg, bacon, waffles, pancakes, cereals and continental meats and cheeses etc. Far exceeded our expectations.

The hotel was generally lovely, was in a great location with friendly and helpfull staff. We were staying in a standard room. The room itself was fine, the decor was a little tired and the ensuite bathroom was very small.
The breakfast buffet was good.
I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.
This hotel exceeded my expectations, it was clean, friendly and very welcoming. The staff did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable, and they were always keen to answer my questions. The hotel was very safe and secure, which was important as I was traveling alone, being a woman this is a priority,I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe at any time. I would love to return to the hotel and will be recommending it to friends and family.
Stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our visit. Super friendly staff, was able to check in early. The rooms are small but comfortable, very clean and stylish. Bathroom nice too, great water pressure! Great location, near the Blanche metro and Moulin Rouge is right around the corner. Fabulous bistros, cafe's and bars just out of the front door. Love this area, very charming. Go left out the front door and there's so many cute places to eat and drink on Rue Lepic and up the hill. Also walking distance to Sacre Coeur. I would stay again!

We arrived early, they allowed us to store the luggages. They are unable to locate the reservation with expedia so we have to wait until 3pm to ck in. Family room is large, no air condition, very noisy if open doors for air. We asked one of the receptionist to phone the taxis for 4 of us to go to CDG when we were checking out, were told the taxis was so busy we have to wait 25mins, but end up waiting 45 mins for an unmarked taxis, no meter?? I thought the receptionist should know better about the taxis
The driver told us when we were already in the car it will be 75 Euro, but asking for 80 euro when we arrived at the airport (due to busy traffic, rush so we not going to be late...)

Easy access to Montmartre - favourite Paris district whether you want history, art, architecture or cabaret nightlife. Close to Blanche métro & short taxi ride from Gare du Nord. Worth noting that Sacré Coeur closes about 10.00 pm - if you want to avoid the worst of the tourist hordes. Some reasonably priced restaurants

One of Paris’s best-loved areas, the bohemian hilltop village of Montmartre offers winding streets, portrait artists on Place du Tertre, the wedding-cake basilica of Sacré-Coeur and extensive city views. Cafés and late-night cabarets add to the romance. The multicultural Goutte d’Or neighbourhood around Barbès-Rochechouart Métro has street markets and ethnic shops. St-Ouen flea market is a popular weekend attraction.
