All of the staff had awesome attitudes and greeted us. When leaving one of the staff members saw me and my daughter leaving and bragged on her manners. I told her this was one of the best hotels I’d ever stayed! Everything was awesome! If I had to provide a detail of a downfall it would be the pool area running out of towels and tables being dirty from previous guests who hd just left(but to the staff defense the guests should have cleaned up their own mess) bc I would have! Lol Homewood will definitely be hard to beat from the food, to customer service, to the overall stay! 10/10

Everything about our Homewood Suites stay was perfect. Even the in-room coffee was good...something we've never before experienced. Breakfast was exceptional and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Homewood Suites will definitely be on our radar for future trips.

A few drawbacks, but a nice place
We were pleased overall with our stay. The front desk staff was some of the best we have encountered in many years at a hotel. Amazing folks. Some of the other staff that could improve. Several members of the cleaning staff gathered within 10’ of a side entrance to smoke. A member of the kitchen staff was loudly bemoaning the way guests returned breakfast dishes. While the room was very comfortable, the bed was extremely hard. The TV on screen channel guide was populated with programming info both mornings, but was blank both nights. Would we stay there again… yes.

Beautiful place!
Very nice hotel, close to shopping centers, beautiful lake area for walking dogs, amazing upgraded rooms. My favorite was having breakfast outside next to the pool and fire place. My only complaint is breakfast, poor quality pastry and fruit salad. Coffee tasted bad. Also, they were out of egg, sausage sandwiches and baked potatoes and told me they would not replace it. If you plan to be at breakfast, show up early.

The staff were very friendly and professional. We got upgraded to a larger suite. The rooms were all in great condition and the beds and couch were comfortable. The shower was a strong stream and hot. The fridge kept everything cold. The breakfast buffet was super with a good selection. The breakfast area was clean and inviting. A great stay.

Wonderful! Best choice in Montgomery
The hotel wowed me. The facilities were impeccable and inviting. The cleanliness made me feel comfortable as a germaphobe in a post-pandemic world. The breakfast was prompt, varied, and delicious.
