We were not impressed by this dirty, ratty hotel. Also, we hoped that our cars would make it through the night. The rooms were not clean.

The room was in need of repair. missing trim in bathroom disgusting black something along the floor. very few tv channels nothing of interest. breakfast almost nonexistent nothing hot including waffles even though the are pictured on there site. Floor was gritty with loose tiles.

Dear guest, We apologize for any inconvenience you had during you stay. We did charge 40 for the incidental deposit which we refunded back very next day on your credit card. It usually takes about 5 to 7 business days to show up as a credit.

The property was ok, the "free breakfast" was pathetic: no coffee or juice, only 2 kinds of cereal & bread with butter & jelly. That's all I remember.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The smell of marijuana in the lobby was ridiculous. We literally were in the room for 5 hours to sleep and I felt like my clothes reeked of it. The area seemed a little sketchy. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The area they can’t change but they need to stop smoking pot in the back. The smell is disgusting and I felt like the place could have been raided for drugs at any moment. Price wasn’t bad but you get what you pay for.

Hot tub in room tiny not worth the he price. First thing we seen when turning lights on was roaches on wall around switch. Before check out they seen me go to my car so they went into our room while my partner was using the bathroom. I had to tell them they the window that my partner was still in the room. It was only 8 in the morning.

Pillow cases weren't changed, they were dirty. Stains on the sheet on top of the blanket was stained and gross. Pain is peeling in the bathroom. We didn't use the other bed because I couldn't guarantee the sheets were clean. I also have photos.

Check in was slow and confusing. Host insisted that my driver’s licencia name had to match my credit card name. Elizabeth is my legal name, but I go by Liz, and ll my cards say Liz. I finally convinced her to check me in, since i had never had an issue with this in the past. Volume did not work on TV. We were awakened by a loud verbal fight right outside our window at 3 am, and then loud conversation from 4-5 am. We finally just got up and left. Tried to fill coffee cups on the way out, but canister was empty. Obviously won’t be staying there again!

Dont waste your $135 plus $40 Deposit on this POS
I drove 3 hours to Montgomery. I booked the hotel off Hotels.com for a king size room for 94.35. I arrived before check in and asked if I could use the restroom while I waited. The front desk lady was extremely rude and and denied my request. The entire lobby smelled of strong marijuana. Upon checking in I was informed that the room I reserved was not available. Again attitude from the lady as I asked why. I was put in a double bed room. The condition of the room was worse than some of the abandoned buildings. The toilet was not bolted down. Good luck having to pee without flying off of it. The shower did not work. There was what appeared to be blood stains on the valance above the window. The walls were cracked and reminded me of a haunted house. We brought this to the attention of the staff who simply relied, :We will look into it. There were cops that showed up because another customer tried to get a refund for their room. To add insult to injury instead of the 94.35 they were suppose to charge per Hotel.com they charged 134.35 PLUS a 40 dollar deposit. Worse hotel possible. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

If your idea of free breakfast is cereal or toast then this is the place for you. That's all that was offered. I had forgotten that I stayed here before and didn't enjoy it. I will be sure to not stay here again. It is used by a lot of traveling contractors based on my check in experience.

The towels were dirty. There was a clear brown spot on one of the towels, looked as if it had been used and folded back up. The floor beside the toilet was dirty. The shower didnt look clean. I had a handicap room which i didnt ask for. The clerk at the desk loudly announced my room # to anyone listening in the lobby. When i yried to chsnge rooms she said there were none avaliable. But a minute ago she asked if i wanted smoking or none smoking. Never again will I stay here. Dont like $40 deposit rule. Single ppl have to be cautious.

Staying in the area for a concert. Made sure to book a hotel that allowed check in during the early AM hours. When you type the hotel name into GPS it brings you to the wrong location. Than we finally arrive at the correct hotel at 2:30am and we are told that there are no rooms available and we can be refunded like it’s simple to find another hotel at 2:30 in the morning after 100$ has already been charged to my card. So now we have to drive have to Tennessee on no sleep. Terrible experience will make sure to never book with Days Inn again.

Deposit??
It was a fine stay at the motel. The one thing that bothers me is that i handed in the key card at check out and was told that there would be no other charges. After checking my bank expenditures, found that they charged the deposit against my credit card even though I was told that there would be no other charges. Called the hotel and they told me I will have to wait for up to 10 days for the reimbursement. A Lot of wasted time.

The Last Result
Upon arriving to the hotel we saw you had a pool but it was filled with cement and a car park where it used to be. The room has potential, very large for what we paid for but very outdated, furniture was rotten and falling apart. No phone in the room to call the front desk. Limited cable, holes in the curtains, front door cut to high so all the cool air leaving the room, toilet not mounted to the floor had to prop it up with some cardboard so it doesn’t wobble when you sit on it. Tub is all scratched up. Linen old and dingy. Had to go buy towels, wash cloths and some more linen to feel comfortable. If it wasn’t for the prepaid payment we would went somewhere else. Laundry door always open, mop left in hallway.

I didn’t even stay and they wouldn’t give me my money back. Then he refused to give me my receipt after charging my card. Will never go back. Don’t waste your money on this place!!! I had to call the cops to get my receipt bc the owner wouldn’t give it to me.

Great beds. Disappointing breakfast bar.
Staff was attentive. Excellent beds. Average rooms and decor. If you want breakfast they offer coffee, hot water, milk, juice, breads, cereal, instant oatmeal. No waffles or other hot food like other Days Inn.

Not worth the price.
I made my reservation, $99 with fee for 1 night 10pm to 730am. I there an there is a $40 deposit charge. Why? I dont know, the doors and walls were scratched and puttied. Then they tried charging $20 for every person in my party. Nearly $160 for one night in an Avg hotel. I woulda been better off at a marriott for the price, their breakfast was ceral, oatmeal, toast and bagels. They way they nickel and dime charges youd think they would gave meat.
