It isn't what it used to be. It screams old! everywhere. Toilet had two buttons, only one was working. Will look for better options on my next visit to Monterrey.

Place was old, no water bottles, dirty, seems cheap and not only cheap looking but the place felt like the owners are cheap. Breakfast was a 1 out of 10. Juice was watered down and food had no flavor. I do not recommend at all. To pricey for 0 value.

They are doing renovations, so be prepared for some delays specially the elevators. Everyone is very nice and attentive. I will wait until the renovations are done to come back here!

This hotel is disgusting. I had to cancel my stay and leave early, loosing money, but I just could not bare staying here. Its super outdated, moldy, the bed and pillows are dirty and ROCK solid. Seriously have never been in a place this bad.

I did the reservation in hotels.com and the page said the the breakfast was included but at the hotel the staff said that I need to pay for the breakfast….. i can’t believe it!!!!

Excellent hotel.
This hotel was wonderful. Sylvia at the front desk, spoke irreproachable English. The rest of the staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel itself was very upscale and nice as well as the neighborhood. I would certainly give my recommendation to stay here.

Se escucha mucho ruido en las noches de otras habitaciones y mi segunda noche me despertaron marcando al teléfono de mi habitación a las 12:30am para pedirme que moviera mi camioneta de lugar porque iban hacer unas maniobras para arreglar el elevador, esto lo pudieron haber evitado si bloqueaban esos cajones de estacionamiento antes para evitar despertar a sus huéspedes. Pésima experiencia

The property needs a refresh. The lobby was ok, but the room it very dated. The mattress was good but smelled weird.

Nice stop on the way to SMA from USA
Nice hotel in Monterey MX. Full service bar and restaurant. The hotel could use a makeover update but otherwise quite comfortable.

En las fotos cuando lo rente eran diferentes, la picina se miraba más grande y los cuartos huelen a viejo, la bañera está súper incómoda para salir para un adulto mayor, el precio es caro, tuve problemas en la madrugada con los vecinos gritaban y cantaban por ser habitación con una puerta compartida, lo rescatable el personal muy amable, el area y el Lobby y restaurant.

The pictures at expedia do not reflect the reality of the hotel. Very disappointed with the actual condition of the room (looks like a completely different hotel) cleanliness of hallways, level of service. In summary overall property depicted at the selling point is inaccurate and misleading.

Housekeeping did a poor job cleaning the room and the hotel, the po area was dirty the pictures showing the hotel on Expedia are overrated and not accurate to it's current state

No maintenance was done in rooms, we had an accident with the bathroom glass and the hotel did not offer to pay for any follow-up appointments. The ambulance personnel had to stitch my son in the hotel room because the glass shelf in the bathroom was loose and fell on his ankle. They gave us a complimentary stay for the 2 days we had to stay because he could not travel, after talking with several employees and complaining. VERY DANGEROUS, COULD HAVE BEEN A DEADLY ACCIDENT.
