Worst service. Two times we order from room service and we didn’t received what we order. And we call to complain and they told us it was not their fault. They need to improve their staff training.

El staff excepcional muy amables y serviciales. Hotel muy bonito pero hace falta una actualización en los baños, llaves muy viejas. En cuanto las amenidades dan muy poca agua y cuando volvimos a pedir agua nos vendieron dos botellas chicas en 114 pesos $6 dlls, pedimos postre y era de pésima calidad y precios excesivos, se entiende que es un hotel de 5 estrellas pero las amenidades deben de estar al nivel de los precios. No nos rellenaron los pods de Nesspresso por que solo dan 2 por estancia no importa si te quedas más de una noche, el precio de 1 pod de Nesspresso es de $80 pesos. Si quieren generar más ingresos suban los precios y su calidad, me gusta mucho este hotel pero esas cosas hicieron q dejara de ser mi favorito.

Great location. Room wasn’t great, it’s dated. Shower curtain is super short, there used to be a tub and they changed it to a shower (which is great) but they didn’t change the curtain, reason why it is almost half way way off the floor. Shower had mold on dirrerent spots. Staff is nice and friendly. It is a great property, and has an excellent location, but the rooms are dated.

Like: Design and architecture overall, clean room, good smell, location is amazing really good restaurants that you can go walking. Dislike: Tv was old and the remote as well so very hard to watch tv and change channels. Service and friendliness of the staff is not great unless maybe you are dressed really good then they are nice. Breakfast overall was really poor. The prices are extremely high for example the huevos rancheros was like around 500s pesos. We ended up ordering pancakes. They brought to us 3 pancakes literally with one side choice. No presentation or guarnish very plain. For these prices i was expecting something at least with good presentation and above average taste. Amenities: One of the reason we picked this hotel was the inside pool, it does have an inside pool but no heat. I think this should ve disclosed. The water was so cold it was impossible to get in and swim. Other thing, there is only 2 complaiment bottle of waters per day (500ml). I called to ask for more water and they transfer me room service I ended up paying 2 more bottles for like 250 pesos, tip included not even gave me the option. They didnt disclose that and I ended up paying double tip. Overall, not impressed for a high level hotel. I will try something else next time.

Very underwhelming stay overall. We booked the governor’s suite for the weekend as we were attending a wedding. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke and our towels were stained. The bath tub was also dirty. Throughout our stay we simply kept running into issues that didn’t feel like a five star hotel. When the room was serviced the first day we didn’t get new hand towels or wash cloths. When we called to get more, it took three calls to get them delivered. They also do not refill the nespresso pods and claim that only the first three are free. Shocking coming from a five star hotel. There was a random piece of loose concrete on our balcony. Our air conditioning also was not fully working and they claimed to have fixed it but it was clearly not. At the wedding which was on site, the food was very average (lukewarm soup and beef) and the beef was overcooked and looked boiled and gray. The waiters at the end of the night asked several guests for tips. Absolutely shocking and I’ve never seen a request for tips from wedding guests. Service at the wedding was not very friendly and this just soured the night. Not returning to this hotel. Very average stay for a five star hotel.

Total disappointment.
This stay was a real disappointment I understand that the property is tired, its old, and that’s something nice about it… but i cant stand the bad service. There was one morning that we didn’t shower because there was no water on the hotel… the service, the cleaning of the room was after 5pm, and very bad quality! Disappointment.

My wife and I had our wedding reception in this hotel 26 years ago next month. So this was an emotional visit for us. Other than the food in the restaurant, everything was perfect. The restaurant has a great reputation with everyone we spoke to. But the meal we got was not edible.

The hotel is not even close to 5-Star any longer. The Owner group needs to invest in updating the old rooms, and into the hallway lighting, etc. this hotel is falling behind fast.

3 hour delayed to check-in & then they tried to convince us that the new room was the same room as the one from our reservation. It clearly wasn’t. It was a regular room. Our reservation was a suite. Then the hotel receptionist stated our room wasn’t ready because it was still being cleaned. It was 5pm & check in was at 3pm. We arrived at the property at 2:30pm. Didn’t get our room until 5:15pm. Due to their delay, we missed out on 2 hours of priceless quality time with our relatives that we see every 7-10 years. We’re very disappointed. We will not be staying here again or recommending it to our friends/family or my 800,000 followers on social media. Plus no coffee maker in room. The valet was prompt & food was high quality quality at restaurant.

The property was very dirty to begin the facility hallways are very dirty i booked a upgraded room for my stay and upon arrival to my room the toilet was plugged i requested it be fixed instead they moved me to a lower rate room which was even more dirty and i requested to be switched back to my original room and i would rather wait for it to be fixed, toilet was fixed on the 2nd day i was there! Very disappointed in the hotel i was under the impression VIP would mean it would be a better quality location, will not be booking here again!

Housekeeping need to pay more attention
I have stayed at this hotel many times, it is on a safe zone, well kept, easy access to shopping, dining, parks, etc, but this time I was disappointed, some of the towels had stains, I should have mention it to the front desk and am sure they would have corrected the issue
