“Definitely we will go back... very nice hotel.”
Very good location, and excellent service with the staff, although the front desk was slow and not so friendly. If you have kids, the master suite is the best option. Very quiet and private. Enjoyed our entire week!

this is a very nice and comfortable hotel, also well located in front of one of the best new places to visit in Monterrey Mex, I recommend this hotel, is clean, modern and the price is right.

Excelente las camas para dormir, excelente el precio, solamente el unco problema fue q limpiaron el cuarto hasta las 4 pm,

a la entrada, igualmente, a pesar de que había pagado la habitación por expedia, tuve que dejar un voucher abierto para que me asignaran la habitación... especialmente molesto que no me hayan dado permitido estar casi ni un minuto más en el hotel, al momento de la salida... perdi media hora más, me bloquearon la tarjeta de entrada, tuve que esperar 15 minutos para que me abrieran y ya recogiendo la habitación volvieron a llamarme para avisarme que era hora... no volveré a ese hotel...
