I absolutely love this hotel. Me and my family have been staying here for a couple of years now and we’ve gained to know the staff which is amazing but overall this hotel is perfect. It is definitely clean to perfection. The continental breakfast is amazing. Overall if I can give it more of a 10 out of 10 I’d give it 1000 out of 1000 keep up the good work.

Exceptional stay at Best Western! From the immaculate rooms to outstanding service, every aspect exceeded expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive, the amenities top-notch, and the overall experience was simply superb. Highly recommended for a delightful stay!

Just stayed for a night. 1hr to Bug Sur which is good for road trip stop spot. Also breakfast included, there’s basic options for breakfast but refillable. Staff was nice and friendly too!

Its noisy on the grounds since its on a major street and under airport routes but with windows closed it hardly noticable. Planes aren't an issue at night as airport doesn't allow take off or landing after 10 pm or before 6AM.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but when we got into the room and inspected the bed, it was infested with bed bugs, blood stains, and a large hole in the mattress.

I booked my room at $240 a night, got there $500 a night due to festival. Extremely disappointed, hot with no air conditioner. On main drag LOUD, including air show! Would like to have been warned, we were there to see a family friend and her new baby.

The workers were so helpful and kind! This is why I would stay here again… because of them! The sheets were kind of gross but they fixed the issue and everything was good! Great place!

There was nothing good about this property at all. It is untidy, run down, with rude staff and should be avoided by anyone visiting Monterey. We booked our room several months in advance, and was put in a room that was next to the front door, foyer and breakfast area. We checked in at 3.00pm. When I asked if we could be moved, the young lady on the desk was dismissive and extremely rude in her tone, when I asked if I could speak to the manager, she simply replied he was not on the property at this time and that due to renovations in some rooms nothing could be done. Obviously the front desk did not tell the manager I was not satisfied, as we never heard from them. We could hear the humming of the juice machine through the wall all night and then the commotion created by staff setting up for the breakfast from around 5.30am, then the noise generated from other hotel guests having breakfast from 6.00am. As this is a pet friendly hotel, the room smelt of dog and the settee/lounge was a disgrace and should either be deep cleaned or thrown out. The mattress (king bed) was old and lumpy and had a pronounced dip in the middle, which made for an extremely uncomfortable night. We selected this hotel based on the Expedia ratings, however on this occasion they were way off. Do not take any notice of the photo's provided by the hotel for this property as they are not a true representation of what to expect. We paid a premium price for a below standard hotel.

We were in the middle of resurfacing all of our tubs during the week you stayed and because of that we did not have any other available rooms to move you to.
