Monterey rekommenderas. Söt och intressant liten stad. Vi var på akvariet, som är jättefint och bra gjort! Hotellet var ok, det gick att sova där även om sängarna var rätt mjuka. Kändes inte helt fräscht dock. Nära highway one och ett shoppingcenter, som var ok.

While the room was fairly clean, it was sorely outdated. The décor was something you might find in the South and even that was gloomy and dark. It just didn't have a seaside feel to it. I think it wasn't worth the price. No amenities (pool, fitness, restruarant). The free breakfast was pathetic.

Decent hotel but not worth the price

Pros: The beds were good. The bathrooms were clean.
Cons: Curtains could cover the whole window. Carpets could be cleaner.
Location: There's a lot to do in Monterey: kayaking, visiting the aquarium, beautiful walks, great restaurants and more.
The room was in good working order: beds were fine, bathroom clean, ac worked, etc. So, no terrible complaints. The rooms, however were disappointing, considering the 3 star ranking and the price: cinder block walls, the carpet was a bit dirty, the curtain didn't cover the entire window. I would give it a two star rating to 2.5 tops.

Pros: Easy to find, and had all necessary amenities there or close.
Cons: The hallway and room carpets needed cleaning.....
It was comfortable, close to attractions, nice pool (but it was too chilly out to swim) and had restaurant facilities close-by.

Very ugly stained carpet in room and hall No vent in bathroom steamy and hung in to so all vlothes were do in suitcase No sprinklers for fire in room, peeling wallpaper in bath Very unhappy to stay there as 31/2 star hotel

Very clean but hard for handicapped person . Lack of elevator on all floors. Restaurant on site was very good.

The hotel itself is very nice and so was the staff. The location was perfect close to everything. The only bad thing about it was that the hotel restaurant closed too early and we were not able to have breakfast or lunch there.

Ok for one night

Pros: Not much just the location
Cons: Remodel promply
Location: Decent near star of the 17 mile scenic drive. Easy access to Wharf. And a nice shopping center with eateries, cinema.
Public areas very dissapointing. Rooms ok bathroom sad.

Expensive and disappointed

Pros: The restaurant (open morning of July 5th) served a good breakfast.
Cons: Establish a more quest centered philosophy with service and comfort as a hallmark of your hotel.
We took a 4th of July holiday visit to Monterey fun, relaxation, and enjoyment. This place took most of that away. Our room (very expensive) was down a dank and dirty hallway next to the laundry room (noisy and smelly). Hotels are available for holiday enjoyment but this place closed its restaurant for the holiday (ridicules). There was not toilet paper holder in the bathroom, broken bathroom fixture, no microwave, TV malfunctioned all night, and a connecting door between rooms kept banging due to wind movement through the dirty dank hallway (like a wind tunnel). This hotel is not quest centered at all. Just pay the rate, you get what we give you, and then leave! Won't go here again!
