“Look forward to going back”
The service at this hotel was wonderful, very friendly staff and nice food most of the time. Enjoy the view and the ambience of the hotel, but found the music very loud especially in the afternoons when you are trying to get some rest. This for me was the most annoying aspect of this hospital, but everything else was great. I would surely go back to this hotel again and I have already told others about it and will continue to do so. I enjoy using the Gym, staff there was very supportive and I enjoy the entertainment at night.
“Not impressed AT ALL!”
I was not at all impressed with the resort. We couldn't get any kind of room service. So when we were hungry at odd hours of the day there was not a sliver of food we could get....ANYWHERE!! There were no locks on the safes so everyone had to purchase them seperately even though it was "all inclusive". The structure and design of the resort was pretty much a dump. The view was basically the only thing they kept their end of the bargain on. Otherwise.....THUMBS DOWN! Don't waste your money on this place, if you want a beautiful resort in Jamaica check out San Souci Resort and Spa in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
“Perfect 3*”
I just spent 1 week at the RDMB all incl from dec 1-8 . It is a nice small resort food is average drinks are good, staff are helpful and friendly. Beach is very small however snorkling right off the beach is amazing. It is rated 3 star. We got a very good price on the resort and we are NOT dissapointed we would defenitly go back with the same price in mind. However if guest would of paid $$$ I am sure they would of been dissapointed. Location is PERFECT. Literally step off the place quick customs and bags within 1 hour I was in my hotel room. 10 min walk to Marguaritaville and Casino.
“good value”
this is not a 4 star resort but it a real good buy for 3 star resort... i would recommend it highly . the new general manager,Allen, is very personable and helpful..
“.”
Hotel is not bad. It could be cleaner though. It is somewhat rundown. But, the beach is very nice and that is all that mattered, at least for us.
“Looking forward to next year”
Thanksgiving Day to us means Jamaica, as that is where we almost always spend our holiday. For the past five years, we have stayed at the Royal Decameron in Montego Bay. We are so glad we discovered this "gem" of a resort. It has everything we could want (beach, breathtaking ocean views, food, drinks, friendly & helpful staff, spotless rooms and facilities) at a most affordable price. Now if they would only sell St. Mary's banana chips and Ting in their store, we wouldn't even have to leave the grounds!! We'll be back next year.
“Great views, great food , drinks and a pleasant staff made for a great vacation”
Great location in the bay. Very nice views. The hotel on the other hand is dated. On the other hand I have to give it to the owner, he really knows what is important; the hotel room is not, the views, the weather, the food and drinks and the staff are.
“Awesome Stay”
We enjoyed our stay at Royal Decameron. The staff was very friendly and the nightly entertainment was very good. We enjoyed the meals and the location of this resort allowed us to walk into the town and casino. The room was okay for the time that we stayed. We did have to request for an ironing board and for the shelf to be wiped. It appeared that some part of the hotel is undergoing some renovation. We do plan on returning to Jamaica and will stay at Royal Decameron.
“"Great for a runway 4 days"”
Close to the Airport. Beautiful little Beach. The place kinda grows on you as you discover a lot of little hideway places to relax. Good food for the price of the hotel. Excellent for a runway weekend.
“Worth the price !!!”
I stayed at Decameron for 5 nights and had a great time. Its one of the smaller resorts in Jamaica but the food was good, accomodation were comfortable and the nightly entertainment was absolutely great. I would definately go back , for the price it was well worth it.
