“Montego Bay's Best kept secret”

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Would recommend it to honeymooners, very quite and lovely gardens and foilage. Staff were all exceptional, never a problem, other than internet access which needs to be broaden, but otherwise, very good accomodations. We were quite impressed.

“Very Impressed”

As I was driving up to the place, at first I was a little worried. It's in sort of secluded area. But as soon as the gates open, it's like a private jungle paradise. Lush and beautiful flowers and plants are everywhere. I had an apartment suite. It was huge. It had two balconies with a wonderful view of the airport and the sea. The large bedroom led to a connecting room with a dining area, living room, and full kitchen. It is about 5 minutes away from the beach, but the hotel gives free trips to the beach and will pick you up. Room service was delicious. There were two adults and two children in the room and it was perfect. No complaints at all. The service was wonderful and I would definately prefer going back there as opposed to the overpriced hotels on the strip.

“Comfort all the way, Relax!”

Relax Resort is a great small hotel, catering to couples and families alike. Our staff put us as their first priority, willing to help us from just asking questions to finding us a cab (who drove us around for a whole vacation, Calvin is the best!)to making important phone calls, to the US and activity centers. The lobby is cozy and a nice place to sit and chat. Our rooms were spotless, cleaned everyday. The beds were comfortable for easy sleeping and there were also extra towels and pillows with plenty of closet space. They have an open air dining room that caters to your every need and taste up to 10:00PM and a circular island style open air bar with great rum punch. Open air dining is nice as their property is maintained as a lush tropical garden on different tiers, looking out from your balcony is a treat for the eye. There is a big swimming pool with a deep end for jumping in, although we are not swimmers, it looked ab fab. If you want reasonably priced, cozy, with a island friendly staff, the Relax Resort is for you. We would definately stay again and again.

“Nice Hideaway”

This is a nice hillside hotel. Beautiful pool, nice and friendly staff. I only stayed for a short time before I ended my vacation but would go back. Really close to the airport in Mobay too.

“Felt secure, well kept secret in Montego Bay - lovely”

We were very pleased with our stay in this hotel. Restaurant was slow, but the point is to relax, so it was OK. Near airport, but noise was not a problem. We will go back! We did rent a car for freedom but there was a shuttle we could have used.

“Hotel is under good mangement and staff”

Inspite of hurricane Gustave while been there, we had a good time in Montego Bay,Ocho Rios and Negril. Nice place to stay.

Stayed at hotel around middle of September. Was on way to Negril and was just looking for a short stay before I left. Is right across from airport. Was very impressed. Staff was very friendly, entire site was clean and well kept. Food was very good and well prepared. On return trip, they even made sure someone was there to wait for my cab at 5:00am. Will stay again.

“Breathtaking”

Relax Resort is a place wher you can truly relax. Located 5 minutes (by car) from the hip strip it's close enough to enjoy the excitement of the tourist attractions as well as far away enough to enjoy the peacefulness of the island. Suprisingly, even though it is across from the airport, you are rarely bothered by the sounds of planes taking off and landing. The employees are polite, helpful, easy-going people. Management will do what ever they can to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious and have a great view looking out to the ocean. I would definitely go back and stay at this resort, especially for such a great price.
