This hotel was elegant, right on the beach the staff was very accommodating, so very nice and oh the food WOW!!!! so great. We had a little trouble with ants but the hotel compensated us and corrected the problem. I really would like to suggest that they have some reggae music playing through out the hotel because that's the experience you are looking for when you arrive, it does not have to be loud but it should be suttle. We will be back!!!!!
Very friendly staff, beautiful lush mature gardens but lots of steps, comfortable bed, big tiled showers with good water pressure, Wi-Fi good, flat screen tv good, lots of nice private pools and chairs, very good food and plenty of drinks to include champagne, nice mix of young honeymoon couples and older couples, good entertainment every night with dancing on the terrace, fantastic martini bar (Q is the martini queen), beaches and snorkeling not as good as other resorts but the most no-charge activities to include good scuba diving that I have ever seen, no tipping policy enforced, spa good but expensive, very nice resort to relax, will come back but not in September it's the rainy season. Have stayed in many all-inclusives and this is a great choice for the price.
Sandals has the best hospitality staff of any resort on earth. Period. Also best food, best recreational facilities. Adam Stewart and the Sandals team provide the ultimate vacation environment.

Words really can not describe how perfect the employees were at this hotel. Even the maintenance people and grounds keepers would stop what they were doing to give you a heart felt welcome. There are a number of "characters" who work at this resort who put a smile on your face every time you encounter them (Garfield, Kermit, Big Bird, and MANY more). The food was all exceptional. The lunch at the Bamboo Shack on the island is outright amazing. The property is laid out in a fashion that even at capacity it felt private and personal. Everything well done and provided a vacation well beyond our expectations.

Room was nice and big, lots of amenities-jetted tub, robes, slippers, shower with dual shower heads. The food was GOOD! Would have like more than a bite of food with the appetizers but they will bring more if you ask. Staff was friendly and polite. Check in was a breeze and the woman that helped my husband and I was very accommodating and helpful. I believe she even upgraded our room without telling us. There is lots to see and do right on the property. Plenty of shops and restaurants and did I say the food was delicious. The jerk chicken cart had the best chicken we ate during our stay. The coconut cart was always available for a cool refreshing drink that you could spice up with some rum. Several pools are available and we even saw a wedding while we were there. I would definitely recommend this resort and would stay here again or any Secrets Resorts in the world. Very classy and modern.
Iberistar knows what they are doing! Didn't leave the hotel. All you need is there. Food was fantastic!! Star Friends are entertaining. Drinks were potent for an all-inclusive. Security present 24/7. Would visit again
