Hello Anonymous,So very sorry to read about your experience. Were you able to report the inoperable tv to front desk because they would have had maintenance fix the issue right away. We do not have a sandy beach, as our property is located on a cliff overlooking the ocean with a staircase leading directly into the sea. We do apologize for the loud music, we are currently working on solutions to negate the effects of noise at nights for our guest.
