This hotel was comfortable, peaceful, laid back with a wonderful view of the ocean and the beach also the view of the approaching aeroplane we found relaxing. We felt stress free for the time we were there. The staff was very help full too. We will be staying there again.

Be aware - although I'd paid for my accommodation upfront, I was unaware that a $US60 pre-charge would be made at the point of registering. This amount is refundable providing you didn't damage hotel property. Staff - seemed friendly enough. Security - good Hotel exterior and grounds - pleasing Hotel interior - though adequately furnished, it was tired and dated. Bar/breakfast room - looked tired and do not match up to the stunning sea view. Hotel cleaniness -scores high on cleaniness. Linen -towels looked almost brand new, though I can't say the same for the bed linen. Other -there was a cooker which I never used, and you could apparently get sauce pans from the housekeeper. Having a fridge was very handy indeed. Also a beach pass to the famous Drs Cave beach was a plus, though a short walk along the road takes you to quite a nice no-fee beach known locally as 'Dead End'. Location - situated on the hill over-looking the famous Hip Strip, which mean it is quieter, but a short walk way and a lift means your are linked to the beach, shops and facilities in a matter minutes.
