“Warm staff - chilly room.”

“Just lovely”

Hotel was picture perfect. Location in village very convenient. Staff most helpful. Breakfast was set in very relaxing atmosphere and great selection of hot/cold buffet. Highly recommend this hotel with it's kitchenette in the room.

Getting there

The Greyhound coach schedule from Ottawa to Mont Tremblant travels as far as Grand Remous. At GR you change coach companies to Galland after purchasing your ticket for your onward journey at the petrol station/coach stop. This schedule drops you at St Jovite at Petro Canada, not Mont Tremblant Village as we were told. After a phone call to the Marriott Residence Inn at Mont Tremblant, a taxi was suggested as the solution to reaching our intended destination. Taxi arrived within 5 mins and shortly delivered us to the welcoming staff at the Marriott. Fare was approx $20.

“Have been several times - always good”

“Not at all impressed by the indifference of the Manager's Hospitality Hour.”

We have stayed at Residence properties in the USA and in the main we have been extremely satisfied. The breakfast and the 'Happy Hour' of drinks and snacks is a feature of the hotel but not so at Mont Tremblant. Although featured in the Room Guide, our 'Happy Hour' was conspicuous by its abscence. A small machine with dispensing Popcorn was about it with no apologies offered. So if like us you look forward to this usaual feature of Residence properties, don't expect it here. Parking costs $10 a day or you walk half a mile from the public car park! Take it or leave it. Finally, the swimming pool area was under some form of reconstruction and not available for the residents. No mention of this when we booked, Only too happy to take your money though.

“Perfect Hotel for a quick getaway.”

Nice Hotel. Have stayed there for 3 years in a row for a girls night away. Very clean and convenient to the village. Great people watching balcony if you get one of the rooms on the street side. Great breakfast included. Will be back.

Great location...lots of activities within walking distance. Great breakfast (although very crowded)...room was comfortable. Would stay here again!

“Can't wait to go back next June!!!”

Everything was great!! This was our second time staying and all was perfect. Love the balcony. Breakfast is fantastic.

“Out of Control! Don't come here in March!”

There is no hotel security! The hotel made no effort to keep the hotel quiet at night. Teenagers were allowed to scream and holler all night while destroying hotel property inside and outside…they even set off the fire alarm at 2:30am on 3/17/10! Beer cans and bottles every where….glass braking at all hours! This activity was allowed to continue 3/15/10-3/18/10... I have been through many spring breaks, but this was criminal!

Area recommendations

Only stay at the Fairmont....a real ski-in/ski-out. Also, they really take care of the guest and hotel property!
