Hello, We would like to apologise for the inconvenience you had to endure during your stay, we usualy dont have that type of problems, but there were mantenance work on our plumbing system in the last few days that could have created louder than usual pipe noises. If you would be so kind to give us another chance, Please contact me directly at the Grand lodge so we could discuss an appropriate compensation for what you went through.

The Grand Lodge Mont-Tremblant is a 25 years old wood structure. The warmth of the wood is what gives "Wow!" expressions to the new clients coming in. Furthermore, The Grand Lodge just have been bought by Activar and MSA groups, last summer. They have started major renovations and adding new astonishing activity offers on site.

En effet, après 25 ans, cette magnifique structure de bois a la chance d'avoir été acheté par deux groupes experts en immobilier et en hôtellerie: Activar et MSA. Ils ont déjà commencé à "donner de l'amour" à ce magnifique Resort. Plusieurs belles surprises s'en viennent au cours des prochains mois!
