“Will definately be back!”
Stayed in July 2011. Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast included with lots of healthy options such as fruit and whole grains. Excellent location in the ski village yet on the outskirts so it was quiet and relaxing. Quiet was important to us as we are light sleepers. Access to private beach, ski lift included, public beach included. Parked our car and did not use it all week, everything within walking distance. Biking, hiking, swimming, mini golf all nearby. Will be back again and highly recommend to others.
“Great experience!”
Location location location! It was a little tricky finding the hotel but was well worth the 2 seconds it took to stop and ask for directions. The room was perfect for us. It was big enough fir our family and clean. The bathroom was large and in good working order. The kitchenette was adequate, though an oven or at least toaster oven would've been convenient. The dishwasher, however, exceeded my expectations and made cleaning up easy. The outdoor pool was perfect for our little ones. I found parking underground to be very reasonable at $10 per day. Finally, the extra perks such as free continental breakfast, free gondola ride up the mountain, free splash area for the kids, mini golf, etc was well worth it! We look forward to staying at this hotel again!
“Great little hotel”
great little hotel. front desk staff was excellent. they were very helpful when i realized i had forgotten my boys snowpants. they got on the phone immediately, calling all the shops in the village to find one that was open. they ended up setting me up with rental ski pants for the kids. the buffet breakfast was great. not a huge selection but good quality, fresh food, juices and a fancy coffee machine.
“Awesome Place”
Great location, excellent service, rooms were spectacular. Definately recommend staying here
“So so experience!!!”
The hotel itself was 'so so'. The rooms were large however showing a bit of wear and tear and our room was at the front of the hotel facing a road that had a lot of truck and bus traffic which meant a lot of backup beeping. The continental breakfast was disappointing including the area where served especially on the Sat morning. It was very busy, not enough tables and chairs to eat at, food was not replenished and the staff were less than helpful when asked about empty serving dishes. We completely avoided the breakfast on the Sunday as it was such an unpleasant experience on the Saturday. We did however very much enjoy Mt Tremblant and the Fall colours were lovely.
“great get away”
We have been to Tremblant a few times and each time we've gone we've stayed at this hotel and we love it, it's like being in ur apartment away from home. Everything was excellent , the only complaint was that the night before we left there was no hot water any where in the hotel. And the next morning as well, we mentioned it as we checked out but there was a problem through out the hotel we were told. But other than that this is the best place to stay at Mont Tremblant.
“A Very Good Choice.”
very profesional but also very friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean, we also had small kitchenet with full pots and dishes and also stove . There was a good breackfast buffet in the mornings and free coffee all day long. We will not hesitate to go back there.
“Great Stay!”
My family and I stayed at this hotel recently and we had a great experience. Thank you to Silvana, one of the receptionists, for her professionalism and positive attitude. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning has a wide variety and has a great eating area including outdoor patio. Swimming pool is a bit on the small side but enough to relax in. Location is perfect, right on the side of town. Parking is $10 a night but there is an option to park for free in the public parking lot across the street.
“Nicely located”
The hotel is well-located, the personnel is very polite and the room was very nice. The breakfast was good and was included in the price of the hotel. I have really enjoyed to have access to an expresso machine at all time.
“Amazing experience! This hotel was simply the BEST”
Everything was just perfect! Our deluxe spacious room was so accomodating with comfortable bed, modern bathroom, plenty of towels, kitchenware, stove, microwave, electric kettle, cofeemaker, fireplace, and what not! We felt like being at home. We enjoyed a nice view from the window facing a little lake where kids can have fun with water sports. Complimentary breakfast was great with variety of fruit, dairy, delicious breads and pastry. Coffee and tea are available all day in the lobby. Our room and bathroom were spotless and morning cleanup was always done at the time convenient for us. I cannot wait to go back next year.
