“1st room very unsatifactory--was moved”

Staff very helpful---1st room would have 2 rating. Asked to be moved and was given another which was okay. Facility tired.

“Great hotel but wrong information!”

When I chose this hotel with Expedia, it was written that free parking and free high speed Internet was included which was not the case. I paid $10/night for parking and there was not even a computer.

“Never going back to this hotel, staying away from it”

Horrible hotel, will never go ever again or recommend it to anyone. The checkin is at 4 pm, and the pool closes at 6 pm. And then the pool opens at 10 am and checkout is at 11 am. If you are staying for only one night, you will have to rush to use the pool. if you stay longer than 6 pm, the staff will call security. Some of the staff are rude and ready to take on a fight. When I asked about the free parking (a bad part on expedia, there is no free parking), the free parking is the general public parking down the hill. The hotel parking is 10 dollars a day. So if you park in the free parking, you have to lug your bags up the hill. Dont expect to be going into a modern country room, it is definitely an old country style room (the room also stank). The sofa bed is horrible, we had to take the mattress out, and put it on the floor because the springs in the sofa bed was awful. Also, if you weigh more than 200 pounds, dont expect to sit in the chairs, they are too small to sit in. The room window screen was broken, so if you opened the window, a gust of wind wouldn;t keep the screen in place. The next morning, the TV stopped working, and the staff never sent anyone to fix it. We checked out, and the TV was never looked at. On another note, the TV was from 1990, they could upgrade those to newer versions. For the breakfast, they stopped serving eggs at 8 (breakfast starts at 6:30), and when I asked the staff for more eggs, they said we are not making anymore eggs.

“Would definitely stay there again”

I booked this property then noticed it's described as a family hotel, which it is. i initially worried that it would be overrun and noisey but was plaesantly surprised. The staff are very accomodating food was good rooms very nice but typical for this type of location. Would definitely stay here again.

Area recommendations

When going to Tremblant try and stay in the pedestrian village. You really don't need to use your car once parked. there are lots of reasonable restauants and activities within a short walking distance. The better restaurants (fine dining)are in Tremblant Village or St Jovite which is a short drive away.

“Festival du Blues”

Great location for the Festival du Blues. You get out of the hôtel and you are in the hearth of the action. Bring a bottle of champagne, cheese, grapes and bread and take the Gondola to the top for a wonderful picnic with an amazing view of the Laurentides. Take the Casino express Gondola and go play.
