"We spent one night in Toledo and hope to return to this Hilton Garden Inn. It’s very new, spotless and staff were efficient and friendly. It’s perfectly located, walking distance to ball park, hockey rink and restaurants. Art museum is a short drive. Only negative was that hotel rooms are not soundproofed and all guests aren’t considerate when returning at 2:00 a.m."

"We had made the reservation through Expedia last minute, a little bit before midnight, and because of that, when we tried checking in an hour later, it had not yet appeared in the hotel system. We were tired and grumpy after a long day of travel. The clerk was very kind and accommodating while we tried to figure out how to get checked in. Luckily, we didn’t have to wait too long. The hotel is nice and is in a quiet area. Our room was fine but smelled a little mildewy, but otherwise no complaints. "
