    “Tragicomical SPA!!!”

    Tragicomical SPA with double payment (one time through expedia, second in hotel 20eur per person for sauna (fully packed with people from the surrounding villages). Reception in the morning were unpleasant.

    “Wonderful modern hotel and pool complex”

    It's a great hotel with a wonderful swimming pool complex attached. Close to the auto route so great as a place to stop off on a trip down through Italy. Staff excellent, food great with themed breakfasts depending on the time of year and produce available.

    “Fantastic price/quality ratio!”

    We were extremely satisfied with Hotel Diamante. This hotel was by far the most comfortable that we stayed in during our Italian vacation - and, ironically, was the least expensive. Everything was very new and clearly designed for comfort and convenience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. We were also quite satisfied with the restaurant for dinner. The immediate surrounding area doesn't offer much ambience, but it's very convenient to the highway. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Alessandria area!!

    “Cool Hotel!”

    Hotel was very nice, clean and contemporary. Pool and restaurants were excellent. Directions to the hotel were difficult to follow and it took us several minutes to find it, after we were close. Huge sign on top of building says Hotel but doesn't identify which hotel. The only name is directly on the front of the place. It is located in an industrial area outside of town,It was worth the search though. Breakfast was extremely good, and included.

    “belle chambre”

    tres belle chambre.hotel situé dans une zone industrielle a cote d'un cinema et d'une pizzeria.bar de l'hotel a eviter personnel tres imcompetent,incapable de preparer un coctail et se sert de fruits depassés.un scandale dans un 4 etoiles.idem pour le petit dejeuner: mediocre.garage fermé par une barriere donc votre vehicule est a la vue de tout le monde. conclusion : allez y pour la chambre d'excelente qualité mais pas pour le reste. attention a l'adresse si vous y allé avec un tomtom l'adresse est erronée,l'hotel se situe a peu pres un kilometre plus loin. vous verrez au loin une enseigne lumineuse HOTEL

    “Soggiorno di lavoro”

    Ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista, non facilissimo da trovare, ma è perfino adiacente ad un multisala che, volendo, offre una distrazione e non disturba. Ottimo servizio.

    “Hotel Diamante - un week end all'insegna del relax”

    L'hotel diamante si trova in una zona industriale, un'isola felice che comprende hotel, un centro benessere, un multisala uci e una pizzeria rossopomodoro. E' l'ideale per passare un fine settimana di totale relax, tra sauna, piscina e una serata al cinema. A 20 minuti di macchina, per completare l'opera, potete comodamente raggiungere l'outlet di serravalle scrivia ;-)

    Necessario arrivare con l'auto perchè l'hotel si trova in una zona industriale fuori dalla città di alessandria. Da torino si esce al casello Alessandria est
    What to pack
    Costume da bagno, ciabatte, lucchetto per l'armadietto del centro benessere (l'anno scorso l'armadietto si chiudeva col braccialetto che si usa per sbloccare i tornelli, quest'anno invece non più, un vero peccato!) e, se volete anche farvi una nuotata nella piscina da 25 m, la cuffia.

    “Super tolle, große und saubere Zimmer, aber völlig abseits gelegen”

    Neues, tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit ist spitze. Große ZImmer mit großem Bad. Nebenan ist ein Freizeit-Erlebnisbad mit Außenpool - absolut super!

    “Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Sowohl Turin als auch Genua gut erreichbar.”

    Personal sehr freundlich. Tolles Frühstücksangebot. Nutzung des angrenzenden Schwimmbades unkompliziert. Poolanlage gepflegt. Aufenthalt für Kinder auch interessant. Mehrere Rutschen und Wasserstrudel. Sauna auch ok (nur für Erwachsene).
