“So great I want to move in!”

On arrival we were greeted by a wonderfully helpful staff member who upgraded us to a larger room without our even asking. Our room had a large balcony that overlooked the boats and was clean, so nice I want to move in! There is a beautiful spa, private parking, and in walking distance to the downtown Monaco area, which we walked several times including late at night and it was very safe. This is where I will stay every time I travel to Monaco!

Area recommendations
I would recommend any location in Monaco or Cap D'Ail as it's all quite safe and in a small enough area that everything is accessible.

“Not Cheap !”

Well sterling is low against the euro so everything's expensive but Monaco has shot up in price since last year. Hotel has a great position, is reasonably clean, but a little tired. Would still recommend it as you can walk in to Monaco and tothe heliport as taxis are hard to come by.

“Quai Des Princes Residence Hotel”

Excellent location & economically priced.The receptionist was very helpful with good local knowledge. However the decor & furnishings are very antiquated. Twin beds pushed together with again antiquated bedding.The toilet seat was broken, the toilet light didnt work, the phone stopped working. The hall connecting the rooms was dark & damp smelling. Wifi only covers the reception area which is extremely annoying. The reception area has a quaint pond outside which allows the fish to swim under glass flooring in the reception, unfortunately is it completely green & dirty ! Lovely pool area, however the lift didnot work & so the only way in was via stairs & the only way out was if the lifeguard come back down to use his swipe card ?? Basically it needs some serious cash thrown at it !

“Bien mais pas 4 étoiles”

Evidemment le tarif et le lieu sont attractifs. Heureusement car le service est sympathique mais médiocre, la propreté des lieux relative avec beaucoup de travaux de rénovation à entreprendre. Quant à la piscine personne ne nous avait prévenu qu'elle était fermée...

“gute zentrale Lage”

Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar an der Grenze zu Monaco und man kann das Fürstentum fast zu Fuß erkunden; allerdings sollt in die Beschreibung mit aufgenommen werden, dass es nur via Monaco zu erreichen ist und nihct über den OPrt Cap'd AIl (F) zu dem es gehört.

“AVIS”

Il y avait des travaux très bruyants tout autour de l'hôtel et une très mauvaise signalement pour y accéder, on arrive sur un parking payant et incontournable pas compris dans le prix...

“Bello e comodo, anche per girare a piedi”

L'hotel non è lussuosissimo, ma la posizione è strategica e comodissima per visitare Monaco, Nizza e dintorni. Le suite sono fantastiche, molto grandi e comode, con terrazzo direttamente sugli yacht del porto. Ogni suite ha, oltre la zona letto, una cucina attrezzata, banco bar, zona pranzo, TV, stereo e un bagno con una vasca grande come una piscina. Parcheggio interno. Forse la pulizia non è perfetta, ma il personale è molto gentile.

Area recommendations
Belle Monaco città vecchia e la zona del casinò di Montecarlo. Consigliata anche Eze Village, pittoresca.

“TRES BON EMPLACEMENT”

Dommage que l'hotel soit un peu laisser a l'abandon car le personnel, l'emplacement, et les equipements sont tres bien.

“Décus de la propreté de la chambre”

Nous avons été déçu en arrivant tard dans la nuit que notre demande d'une chambre à l'étage n 'a pas été accordée :nous étions au rez de chaussée L'entrée était sale : le sol était poussiéreux et le sol de la salle de bain n'était pas trés propre ( barrette de cheveux ) et il n' y avait pas de papiers WC / Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles : ce n'est pas du luxe!! La chambre suite 4 personnes est grande et spacieuse mais les tissus d'ameublement des lits et coussins ne sont pas de la première jeunesse ! La piscine sur le toit est tout à fait correcte je pense que le prix ne vaut pas les prestations : le petit déjeuner n'est pas copieux et il manque du pain si vous arrivez à 9 h45 , or dans un 4 étoiles : on devrait nous apporter ce qui manque même si l'heure est tardive (le petit déjeuner peut se prendre jusqu'à 10 heures)
