“Well impressed with miniture suite”
Excellent
“Large suite but small bedroom”
The hotel was conveniently located on the main street and a short walk to medieval Eza Village, a small, tall village with a spectacular view of the Mediterranean. We had a two-bedroom suite which had plenty of space in the living area and bathrooms, but the bedrooms were small, particularly the master bedroom. There was barely enough room to get around the bed. The sheets were clean but we weren't sure the blankets were. Because we were there in December, we couldn't air out the apartment which had a peculiar odor that may have been left over from someone's cooking. That might not be a problem in the summer. Otherwise, the room was fine, the service good (although the clerk leaves the front desk around 8 p.m.), and the nearby views outstanding.
“A Good Experience”
Like most European hotels, this one is quite small but has all the basics that you need for a night or two. Nice airy feeling from balcony, and double doors have opening "windows" to let in air at night but maintain security. We picked up our rental car at Nice airport and drove the 40 minutes to Eze rather than trying to find a hotel in the maze of Nice proper. This turned out to be a good idea. We went back to Nice at the end of our trip when we were more used to the driving in old towns, but still got lost and couldn't park anywhere. It was great to relax in Eze on our first day and catch up of sleep before heading on our main journey. Would do it again.
“amazing place”
this is great place to stay for tourists that are on a way between nice and Monaco. Close to everything, amazing location, great view from window, silence at night and great personnel. You can keep car at parking on the street (nights from 7pm are for free until 9am next day).
“Wish we could have stayed longer...”
No surprises. Friendly, clean, large, great. And a great price!
“Amazing views and fantastic location - but take out a bank loan!”
Magnificent views from the hotel, which was modern, comfortable and extremely well located. The staff were great and fantastic English too... so I gave up on my holiday French. The only downfall is the restaurant prices - I haven't been back to France since the Euro, but boy... a two course meal for 4 with a bottle of wine a nd a few beers was £147 and it was basic. The night we strolled up to the Troubadour (highly recommended) it was £337 so take your credit card. In summer the location will be beautiful. It's a scenic drive to Nice ot Monaco, both well worth the trip. Overall I'd give it a 4/5 it would be a 5/5 if it wasn't so expensive to eat there.
“Good value for the price”
I stayed here during Thanksgiving. The staff spoke English but did not go out of their way to help you. There are non-smoking rooms and housekeeping everyday, unlike what is advertised. The bathrooms are large and beautifully maintained, and I agree with a previous review about the sink-not practical. It was wonderful to have a kitchenette. There is a Petit Casino store around the corner and a cafe across the street. Most places were closed for the off-season. There are several bus stops very close that go to Nice and Monaco. If you are looking for night life this is not the place for you. However, there are beatutiful views and the Fragonard Perfumery is practically in the hotel's backyard.
“Great place to stay”
If you love the South of France as I do,this is a great place to stay. Away from the crowds and bustle of Nice, but only 15 mins away by car and ten minutes from Monaco. The hotel is at the foot of the Eze village. there is a bakery and grocery store right by the hotel and the kitchen is adequately stocked to cook and eat a leisurely meal on the balcony overlooking the med, awesome! The staff were wonderful too. I will go back.
“Favourite accommodation in 3 weeks”
We had 3 weeks touring around France and the Eza Vista was our favourite stay. We loved the view from the balcony, and the village of Eze is lovely. The hotel is very conveneient to walk to the Boulangerie next door as well as supermarket and other village shops/attractions.As we stayed in July we appreciated the (quiet) air conditioning compared to some other hotels which had either no or noisy air conditioners. Also the swimming pool.
“Convenient for what we needed”
The hotel is nothing special, but was very conveniently located at the entrance of the village. There was nothing charismatic about the rooms or the facilities, but the location is magical, and some of the views are, obviously, stunning. If anything, this is a good value-for-money hotel in a place where everything else tends to be exorbitantly expensive.

Eze, France: Eze is a classic village perché, hugging a hilltop around a ruined medieval castle with cactus-filled gardens offering dazzling views. Though traffic-free, Eze is always crowded in summer. A picture-postcard maze of narrow streets winds round the 18th-century Chapelle des Pénitents Blancs containing enamel panelling and a 13th-century crucifix. A steep path leads down to the seafront and the resort extension of Eze-sur-Mer.
