Great hotel
We would recommend this place to anyone. The staff is friendly an the rooms are very clean. The food was great. The rates were reasonable. It was centrally located.

First time stay in Campobasso
Hotel is very conveniently located whether you come by car or train. We came by train and there is a walkway that leads from the train station to the hotel. Very easy and close to get to the city centre. All staff were polite and friendly. On site restaurant was very good. Wifi was ok.

Spent a few days...
Spent 5 days visiting family. Wish there was one English channel on the TV! Breakfast was very nice, except there were no eggs. Restaurant was good too...as I had a cold & spent 2 days without leaving the hotel.

Quick walk to Campobasso train station.
We arrived in Campobasso on a cold rainy night. We got a warm welcome and a cozy room right away. The staff was terrific, it isn't easy to find English speakers here, everyone did a great job in making sure we got our needs met. Dining was pleasurable, food was good, coffee and bar service was outstanding!

A gem of a hotel steps from the train station!
We arrived by train to Campobasso, and took the sotopassaggio to the hotel. The lobby is comfortable and the staff is very welcoming. The rooms are modern and very clean. The bathroom is spacious with a fairly comfortable shower. Wi fi is free and works very well. The restaurant, Bacco, is excellent, with a welcoming table of appetizers as you walk in. The waiters are friendly and efficient.

We checked in and the room had a strong smoking smell even though it said non smoking room. We had special request that we ar e onn our honeymoon but nothing was done to make our stay special. the other room we were given the bathroom shower had clogged drain that the cleaners said they were very well aware of. oh well The breakfast was supposed to be till 10.00 Am. And we used to get there at 9 Am and everything was almost finished and replenished

Good Business Hotel
Centrum Place is what you want in a solid, predictable business hotel, including a nice, English-speaking staff at the front desk. Based on my room, I'd say that rooms are very functional, and everything worked, including a good WiFi/Internet connection on my room floor and for the lobby/dining area. If you drive, there appeared to be plenty of parking, and if you arrive by rail, the hotel is "right behind" the station. It's an easy walk to the middle of town and to the old city if you'd prefer to eat outside the hotel or if you're in town for pleasure.

Per fortuna il personale ti da una mano
Camera fredda, riscaldamento non sufficiente Abbiamo dormito una notte riscaldandoci con una coperta dal comfort stile caserma, per fortuna, l'indomani, il personale ha provveduto in qualche modo, a venirci incontro lasciando una scheda inserita per tutto il giorno in modo da far salire di un pochino la temperatura, ma il bagno comunque è rimasto gelato. Televisore microscopico e manco uno sgabellino in bagno. Niente ciabatte e niente accappatoio.

Solido hotel da 3.5 stelle
Soggiorno eccellente. Le camere sono sicuramente sotto un 4 stelle, direi un 3.5, sia per l'arredamento che sopratutto per la mancanza di insonorizzazione, che puo' essere un problema se capita di trovarsi in un piano con ospiti rumorosi, si stentono tutti i movimenti nel corridoio come se fossero in camera. Ma il resto della struttura e' sicuramente all'altezza.

Un buon tre stelle, per la quarta... anni luce. Camera modesta con temperatura non regolabile quindi fredda, bagno senza nessun comfort né accessori disponibili. Nulla da dire sul personale, molto professionale e gentile.
