Great hotel but let down by some teething issues and the lack of plates, cutlery and a glass in the kitchen area. Not sure how you are meant to eat anything when they only supply one paper cup and a wooden stirrer? My fruit salad had to be eaten with my fingers - though if I cooked with the microwave I would have had to buy cutlery and a plate. Pointless having the nice kitchen area when you can't actually use it! Otherwise a great hotel - though house keeping do not replenish the coffee, papercup, milk capsule or anything! But I would stay again!

This rental exceeded my expectations. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, and everything that was needed was largely available. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, and even though it was located over an open area with several shops and restaurants, it was perfectly quiet with the windows closed. With the windows open, it was just the pleasant hum of the town and people below. I would definitely stay here again, if I have another occasion to be in The Hague.
Stayed here for three nights in December 2014 and could not fault it in any way. We walked in to a smiling welcome and a quick check in. I had asked for a quiet room, which we got on the 5th floor - perfect; The view across Den Haag was a real plus.. The room was definitely above average; spotlessly clean, large comfortable bed with crisp white bedding and lovely pillows. We'd have preferred one shared duvet, but had 2 singles on the bed; not really an issue. Bathroom was large with huge shower, lots of hot water, plenty of towels, complimentary shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, shower cap, shoe shine, tissues etc. A large magnifying mirror was a real plus! The room had tea and coffee making facilities, and the staff were more than happy to provide extra as we drink a lot of coffee. There was a small fridge, which was great for keeping our milk fresh. The room had ample storage, hangers and a safe. There was a desk for working if you needed to, and a flat screen TV with some UK channels.
Prices in the hotel were high for drinks (we did not eat here) but then we found Den Haag expensive in general, so the hotel was no exception.
The hotel is very well placed for all the attractions of Den Haag
Check out was a leisurely 12pm and we could leave our luggage at no extra cost. The staff were helpful and called us a taxi for the station when we asked.
All in all, this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in on our travels and one we look forwards to staying in again.
Although it might seem strange to find a hotel accessed through a Chinese restaurant, we found this to be a very good place to stay. It is very close to the City Centre and we found it easily. The room was a very good size and everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff are charming. We were very pleased with our choice!
