We stay only one night, it was close to Ferrari museum which was a plus for us. Breakfast was excellent, as well as diner.

Low level service from employees
Disrespectful Night Shift personal which didn’t bother to do his job for proper check in and inform about the benefits in the booking. I booked premium double room and got the smallest room similar to a prison cell even when at the time of booking which was the same day there were 6 double premium room available. I inform the front desk after check in but I got standard excuse that hotel was fully booked which was a lie because I complained at the check out and got confirmation about low occupancy. It was only because he didn’t want to make the effort to change room. I had similar experiences with this specific employee in my previous stay, I will definitely look for other option in my next stay in Modena because the employees are becoming less and less friendly at this property

very nice hotel super clean staff very helpful. Nice room very large confortable bed. you are à bit out of city center but with a car very easy to get to . Recommend that hotel for a nice stay in Modena

Disappointing hotel in Modena
The hotel from outside looks beautiful, from inside specifically the rooms looks terrible. The worst is the bathroom where the sink doesn’t drain and that paddies does not drain and the shower is so small and it leaks water to outside which make it very slippery and dangerous. The shaving mirror is broken. The mattresses are completely uncomfortable and the pillows are even worse. The location is bad and you are far away from any interesting landmarks in Modena. The lobby is very dumb and and willcoming. However staff is very courteous and nice.

Lovely hotel just outside city center
Lovely hotel just outside the main city center. I want to give a huge compliment to "Francesca" at the front desk for her exemplary service, professionalism and welcoming spirit. The hotel was very clean throughout the entire complex. Our room was super clean and comfortable with excellent internet/wifi service. The parking was easily accessible and was free of charge. We ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the food was truly delicious. The breakfast featured lots of options and varieties to satisfy every appetite. I highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Nice new modern hotel in not so beautiful surroundings. But his perfect position on the map predestines it like main HQ to discover all highlights in this region predominantly cars Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati and Pagani, also Panini museo.

This hotel is located a little bit away from city center which is fine for us since we drove there. Everything (service, cleanness, room size etc) was nice. Their breakfast is very good and better than what I normally expected. I stayed at Rome the day before and I was happy to see much bigger room and good breakfast.

The hotel is great but the service provided is the worst I ever experienced. Nobody ever by the bar to serve. The restaurant always overcrowded by meetings and personnel not even close to be enough and when I asked for some service I was treated really bad.

The best among a very poor group
Unfortunately service in hotels in the area is not excellent and, despite lacking a proper constancy in re-supply of usable items for the room (for example: I had to ask for a replacement of the laundry form to reception every time I wanted to clean my clothes), the structure is the best in the area. Gym is good with latest technology but a bit incomplete. The area is not suitable for people that visit Modena without car, driver, or other objective further from doing business.

I stayed here 5 years ago and UNA hotel Modena has maintained it superior high standards for its art design, cleanliness & comfort. It has been a hot summer but all rooms were appropriately air conditioned. The bathroom is always spacious with a good shower. Loved my slippers and well-designed rooms. Parking is ample & easy to navigate.

Nice hotel. Clean, new, modern. The location was great if not planning to walk anywhere. Nice gym. A few minor issues: the shower head was loose and wouldn't stay affixed in position. No iron/ironing board in rooms. More clothing hangers needed. It would have been nice to consistently have a staff member manning the bar - often there was no one there. Otherwise, nice place, would recommend it and would certainly stay again.

Wonderful Hotel.
We had a great stay at the hotel while passing by Modena. Location was good, parking was easy, room was new and fresh and well designed. The bathroom is very functional and the rain shower quite decent. Breakfast is served in the very nice dining room. The only down side was the firm mattresses.
