I loved that it was right downtown and we could walk to all the shops and jeep shows. It was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable

Nice, helpful people. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Quiet, even though it is on the main road. Convenient walking distance to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff went above and beyond on multiple occasions. Location can't be beat, easy to walk to dinner without having to drive after a long day out. I'd stay here again without question. Much better than what you'd expect from a Best Western.

Room for improvement required Breakfast 1) Quality of scrambled eggs & hash brown not good 2) Yogurt taste & look more like sorbet 3) Cereal packaging hard to open Bath products 1) Small bottles of shampoo & conditioner hard to open 2) Should provide small bottle of body shower also Likes 1) Ground floor room makes it easy to move in & out, and load & unload luggage 2) The inn is in a central location to walk to retail shops & restaurants/diners/cafes 3) Free carpark with enough parking spaces

Very nice
Nicest motel I’ve ever stayed at. Very nicely appointed lobby and breakfast area. Updated rooms. Bathroom could stand a good bleaching as evidence of mold starting, but overall nice room.

This property is in a great location in downtown Moab. Right on the main street but quiet because the rooms are off the street. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants. Rooms and facilities are new, clean and very comfortable. I will stay there again next time I'm in Moab.

I had terrible stay at the property. I booked the property on the basis of close proximity to the Arches National Park. We checked in late and floor from upstairs was creaking and we did not get good night sleep. We woke up early to leave for the national park and there was no hot water as heater was broken. This one was one of the most uncomfortable visit. I will not recommend this hotel for anyone.

I do apologize Arnol, I felt bad that we were not able to keep you the king room. When you booked your reservation we were already sold out of the Kings and the 2 way interface somehow let it book for the King. I was hoping we would of had a cancellation so that we could change you back to the King room. Unfortunately we did not.

After camping in Moab for 3 nights this was supposed to be our nice chill night to just veg out and get clean before heading home. Not the case. The entire town of Moab was out of power for HOURS (not the hotels fault). What was annoying is that after power was fixed we could not sleep due to the super bright fire lights going off ALL NIGHT LONG in our room. We passed by other hotels and they were not flashing. It was ridiculous!

We're so sorry Krista that we did not provide a better experience for you. I'm not sure why the flashers did not go off in your room when the power was restored. If anything like that happens at future stays, please contact the front desk so that they could look into it right away or have moved you to a different room. I understand it's inconvenient. But we truly want our guests to have a great experience.

Good location for walking around. Hotel exterior could use some upgrades, especially the dark dirty end of the corridor where the elevator lobby is. Ditto for the "amenities" (pool, gym, guest laundry). Room a/c not great -- worked, but couldn't get to a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was awful, skip it and go to one of the many restaurants nearby. Staff was adequate. Some of them didn't seem to know what they were doing.
