Hotel is overdue for a major renovation

Pros: The hotel is near the beach.
Cons: The bathroom need renovation and the wall of shower area need resurface.
Staying at the executive floor is disappointing. The room overall cleaniness at this level should be considered as the best maintenance room. But the room I am in is really not keep up to the expectation. The executive lounge is available but lack of frequent attention from staff for drink and snack refill during my stay is obvious. The service and value are not worth it for the price I paid.

Pros: Likte den flotte utsikten fra rommet ut over sjøen og at de hadde live musikk i baren hver kveld.
Cons: Utvalg ved frokosten, variert musikk over høyttalerene og mer imøtekommende personale.
Location: Kun en 5 min taxitur unna kjøpesenter
Skuffende å bo på dette hotellet etter å ha vært på Marriott resort and spa uken før som ligger like ved. Ikke den samme gode atmosfæren som hos Marriott, og det mest irriterende var den konstante monotone "musikken" de spilte i resepsjon og i spisesalen. Bassenget såg skittent ut, og innbød ikke meg til å bade der.

Pros: As above, fantastic price for 4* hotel, with (standard) delux room,
Cons: We only had less than 24 hours, could have stayed a couple of days for relaxing, nothing in my view for location & price.

One night stay, standard Delux room, fantastic price for a 4* hotel, good sized room, could not complain about anything, lovley evening meal outside pool area, wished we had stayed for 2 nights, for a little more relax time before, rushing onto Mulu.

Cons: Your Front Desk Officer send them for a Course. It helps believe me. And please replace the bed sheet linen for new check in guests.

My recent stay was a disappointment. I used to book this hotel time and time again. however last weekend was a full stop and i was thinking in finding a new hotel to stay in the future. Why? Simple. Because they did not changed the bed sheet linen.. and it was so smelly disgusting odor of someone else before you. Their sweat..yucckk! Have some courtesy please change the bed linen for a new checkin customer no matter how fully booked your room. Maybe you are understaffs.. because i saw senior housekeeping employee showing and teaching another employee how to do house keeping things. Again it is not an excuse..every single rooms need to be tidy, clean, neat and free from toxic smells. Front Desk reception staffs are equally not professional. They should know first hand which room is smoking and non smoking. Should a guest requested a non smoking room..he should be directed to a NON smoking room and not otherwise. And you off all people you should know which room has/have air condition NOT functioning. Its 40 degrees outside and you made us unpack and pack again..again NOT easy.
