The only thing negative was that we had prebooked a taxi for our trip from the hotel to the airport. The taxi driver the hotel had arranged for us charged more than what we paid for our late night trip from the airport to the hotel.
One night stay, standard Delux room, fantastic price for a 4* hotel, good sized room, could not complain about anything, lovley evening meal outside pool area, wished we had stayed for 2 nights, for a little more relax time before, rushing onto Mulu.
NICE RESTING PLACE TO CHOOSE. WORTHFULL, NICE SCENERY AROUND THE HOTEL,it is near the town centre,easy to find the hotel, at the middle of transportation, a lot of car parking spaces, a quiet place.Although the room look all, but all the facilities are provided and in good condition.
We were given a nice view of Miri town when we stayed for 2 nights recently. Room is probably arranged with refills for amenities. However, the housekeeping team did not vacuum our room. Our room remained dusty throughout our stay. They did not remove stains in our sink throughout our stay. The housekeeping team looked under-staffed with 2 staff working only (during our entire 2 nights stay).
