Amazing hotel in the historic centre of Valencia. The hotel is simply beautiful, very cosy and in a very quiet location. The service of the staff was impecable spending 1:1 time explaining on detail where to go in the city, allowing us an early check in without asking, taking the bags to the room whilst we were away, etc. The breakfast and the service there was also of the highest quality, with many options to choose from and all really delicious. Our room had a lovely balcony, the bed was very comfortable, with pillow bar to choose from and mini-bar included! I think this hotel really raises the bar really high. I cannot wait to go back.

The staff was marvelous- very helpful and charming. The roof top bar/lounge was a nice touch. Our room was designed well and had a functional kitchen- great for coffee/tea and heating up leftovers! And of course the location in Cuitat Vella was superb!

Big room with comfy bed and generous sized bathroom. A couple of minutes walk from all of the attractions, shops, eateries and bars. The room had a sliding door that connected to the next room. It was secure, but could hear everything that was going on so had broken sleep. Bathroom a bit grubby around the edges (limescale and loose shower fittings). Is also above a club. With all that in mind, I wouldn't stay again.
